I overcame each obstacle I faced. I finished high school, went on to go to college in Tulsa,Ok. Where I worked in tech support for Directv for 5years. After that I traveled the state's working as a scaffold builder for another 6 years. I decided to settle down in Round Rock,TX to raise my nephew who has mental disabilities. I am now a CEO of a restaurant here in Round Rock, TX. I have been speaking for 2years now, and I love it! I feel I went through so much in my life, so that I will have a story to share with the world. A story that will motivate others and encourage others.

Dr Benjamin Kelly is Managing Director and Founder of CastleCliff – a behavioural finance and decision making consultancy. Benjamin works with asset managers, hedge funds, official institutions and banks to understand and identify investment biases in their investment processes. Following the detection stage, strategies are developed to ensure these biases are removed from the process completely. Prior to CastleCliff, Benjamin worked for BlackRock as a global investment strategist within the firm’s knowledge sharing/think tank capability – the BlackRock Investment Institute. In this role Dr Kelly, worked with portfolio managers on formulating the firm’s global outlook in addition to consulting on behavioural biases within investment processes. Currently, Dr Kelly is a contributing lecturer on a Masters’ behavioural finance course at Warwick Business School. Tarun Ramadorai is Professor of Financial Economics at Imperial College London. He has a broad range of research interests in the areas of household finance, asset pricing, and international finance. He is greatly interested in finance and economics issues in emerging markets, with a particular focus on India. He has published on these topics in a number of scholarly journals in finance and economics including American Economic Review: Insights, the Review of Economic Studies, the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics, and the Review of Financial Studies. Tarun is a Research Fellow of CEPR, an Associate Editor of the Review of Financial Studies and Management Science, a Senior Academic Fellow of the Asian Bureau of Finance and Economics Research (ABFER), and a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER).
