My desire is to celebrate every woman's passion, purpose, and potential. Passion is the active and vibrant expression of individual gifts and talents that invigorates an unreserved extension of the heart and hand. Purpose allows us to respond to the destiny over our lives by realizing who we are. Potential is the untapped promise inside every woman that comes to life as she realizes her value and self-worth as a woman. May she speak with boldness, may she arise with confidence, may she live to love, may she make her mark in society without restraint. An energetic, passion-filled visionary, known for my enthusiasm for developing others. I encourage young girls to explore opportunities, education, and careers! Young women encounter challenges every day. Apart from sharing their communities’ many systematically face discrimination simply by virtue of being female. This includes physical and sexual violence, being kept out of school, disproportionate vulnerability to HIV infection and lack of access to property and other rights. My understanding is that investing in young women’s leadership is essential to social change now and for the future. Empowering Women to Lead Change is to support the development of women’s skills and to enable them to provide leadership on the issues that concern them. I want to offer engaging and dynamic activities to motivate and enable women to believe in their abilities to catalyze change and to mobilize others to do the same. I want to teach women to learn and explore issues from human rights and violence against women to body image, self-esteem and developing leadership skills. Although my experience consists of edifying and supporting a diverse audience, I have a special calling to ignite in women the desire and passion to become the version of themselves. Recognizing and sharing their unique gifts and talents to achieve wisdom, wealth and wholeness.

I’ve been called an organizer, a simplifier, a declutterer, a minimalist, a life coach, and at times, a nudge. I actually strive to be all of the above -- supporting clients to develop both spaces and habits that reduces “stuff” and eases daily life. My role is to work with clients to undo the complicated nature of their homes and lifestyles, helping them find greater peace and productivity. I craft unique strategies for each client because there are no one-size-fits-all solutions. As one of the first staff of the U.S. Green Building Council, I helped propel its growth from a nonprofit start-up to one of the world’s preeminent environmental organizations. During my twelve year tenure, I honed my project management skills and grew my sustainability knowledge, while launching new programs and creating educational courses and publications. I devoted myself full-time to my passion in 2015, launching Less Equals More. I continue to grow it outside the traditional realm of professional organizing. Encouraging my clients to work from a deeper level of understanding through the process of downsizing and simplifying, I also incorporate components of sustainability, personal finance, minimalism, and mindfulness. My workshops and blogposts allows me to reach more with my message of simplicity. I speak about the subject, giving my first TEDx talk in 2018. I have also been featured on the Cool Things Entrepreneurs Do and Tranquility du Jour podcasts. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI), augmenting the knowledge areas that can address varied client needs.

Jarred Stanton (1996-Present) born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. Originally like any other kid I wanted to be a basketball star, but heart problems changed my plans dramatically. I have always been beyond my years mentally and that alone has isolated me from my peers. Poetry found its way into my life when I needed a way to release my feelings and escape my own mind. Fear made me a better writer, more emotionally expressive and an extremely curious person. My motivation is to help any person that I can with my words and lead by example with any chance I get. Writing is such a huge part of my life and changing the world drives my success. I am in the process of building my own Youth Outreach Program called, the "Promising DayDreamers Association" which can be found on Facebook!!
