Currently working for the NHS, Nicola studied at Universty College London (UCL) and further gaining specialist knowledge after completing a BABCP accredited course at The Royal Holloway university, Nicola now delivers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) treatment, helping people to overcome disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD & low self-esteem. A former COO and Co-Owner of Khaldrian Fashion & Image Consulting Firm, Epiphany Faces Modeling Agency and my Non-profit agency Father Figure Empowerment Center. My involvement with so many outlets allows me to show my gifts and talents. Before I ventured off onto starting my own businesses, I have been heavily involved in the world of fashion since the early 90's. My first fashion show I was involved in was at Morehouse College, at the time I was just assisting with the set up. In 1995 I became involved with the fashion scene and I took my talents from assisting to putting together balls. That involved great interaction with putting together the venues, hiring the proper people to MC, Judge, Advertising etc. The main ingredient was my personality. To build a ripore with so many entities require a humble heart and the ability to work with anyone.I was successful in all my business ventures in the Fashion scene my name became known as having sophisticated and tasteful events. My business ventures would bring people from all over the United States as well as stars would come and even sit on my panel. During my run in Atlanta and Miami, FL. Collectively I generated over $125,000.00 dollars in revenue for my ventures that consisted of smaller venues. Ive learned the ins and outs of how to really put together a over the top show, being in the fashion scene,extravagance and excellence goes hand in hand. In 2010, I stepped away from the scene because I knew that my gifts needed to grow. Since I walked away, more doors have opened for me to not only produce shows, but I host them also. My most recent ventures is Fashion Week West Palm Beach where I am the Founder/CEO, I started a orginazation called Father Figure Empowerment Center. I'm a visionary, I have written an Autobiography, several articles for several magazines (Plateau Magazine, Taste of Singer Island, New Look Magazine etc.

Mark Narmour is a former President’s Club award winning sales professional who has a track record of excellence representing some of the largest companies in the world. In fact, his overall body of work showcases 33+ years of experience, over 23 of which he spent mastering the art of selling in some of the most competitive industries in today’s marketplace. Moreover, his excellence in performance and leadership dates all the way back to high school, where he lettered in baseball, football, and wrestling, and in 1987 he was one of four baseball players from Montgomery, Alabama selected to represent Central Alabama as an All-State OF. This led to Baseball and Leadership Scholarship to Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama where he was Varsity Baseball Team Captain and 2nd Team All-Conference LHP, 1992. In 2005, he survived a collision with an 18-wheeler, which resulted in his vehicle burning to the frame, 3rd degree burns, and several stitches. In 2015, at the age of 46, he suffered an incomplete spinal cord injury involving thoracic nerves T6-T9 after a freak accident at home, which resulted in paralysis of his right leg and an initial prognosis of incomplete paraplegia. However, after six surgeries and countless hours of intense physical therapy, he’s miraculously walking again despite being given only a 10% chance of overcoming incomplete paraplegia. The lyrics to “Why me, Lord?”, written and performed by Kris Kristofferson, inspired Mark Narmour to answer a calling to help others who are struggling with life by using his gift of the Spirit, which is the gift of discernment, to draw from his life experiences and speak truth about a variety of topics.
