Find the right speaker for your next event
I spent my 20s building things people said were impossible. I didn't have a trust fund or a traditional roadmap; I had a non-linear brain and a relentless obsession with how systems work. I’ve lived the full spectrum of influence. I have lived out of a car on the streets of NYC, and I have stood in the halls of power coaching the Director of the United States Mint on how to command a room. I have built punk venues from the ground up and managed talent for the world’s biggest film franchises. My non-linear path wasn't a detour. It was an elite training ground. It taught me how to spot the operational leaks that 99% of people miss. It taught me how to scale a movement by 400% on a shoestring budget and how to engineer a 3,675% growth spike in a week. Now I’m consolidating those field-tested skills into a blueprint for the next generation of leaders. I provide the architectural logic for high-velocity execution. If you want a speaker who has actually built something out of nothing, let’s discuss how we can scale your next event

Combat Veteran. Marketing Strategist. Systems Builder. Most coaches are posting daily, trying every strategy in the book, and still wondering why their calendar stays empty. They're stuck in the cycle: post, watch, tweak, cross fingers, repeat. Lisa Benson spent 20 years leading in combat zones where clarity and precision meant everything. Now she brings that same tactical approach to entrepreneurship chaos, so coaches walk away with systems that actually fill calendars, not just feed algorithms. Through Operation Six-Figure System and The Unmissable Method™, Lisa teaches visibility that turns into booked calls and closed sales. Real revenue, not vanity metrics. Her clients bring in 3-7 new clients per month with 25-30% conversion rates, not by posting more, but by having conversations that convert. She says what others won't: passion doesn't pay bills, most marketing advice is broken, and you don't need to go viral to hit six figures. You need messaging that converts, offers that sell, and systems that scale. Lisa's tactical, controversial, and actionable approach gives coaches the framework to stop Googling "how to get clients" at 11 PM and start building repeatable revenue systems that work.

Delivering keynotes, moderating panels and running interactive workshops across five continents. Also an experienced master of ceremonies for conferences with 1000+ people + chair of galas, award events and more... I'm a committed espresso user and a past chair of the International Association of Business Communicators. And I've run non-profits - and held leadership roles at IBM, Motorola; and perhaps more unusually, the 260+year–old Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (The RSA). When not at events and conferences, I provide 1:1 advice to Chairs, Chief Execs and senior leaders on strategy, change and turnarounds. I’m particularly interested in how strategic alignment can focus people - and enable growth. With my colleagues at Align, I facilitate strategy for organisations that want to enable all their people to put a shoulder to the wheel. Organisations don’t make things happen. People do. You’d be surprised how varied the clients are: government agencies, large semiconductor firms, small town councils… why? They all have people in common. Also, through courses and 1:1 mentoring I work to develop the next generation of leaders. It is all about enabling people to step up and lead. What do you want to change?
