As a passionate educator with 20 years of experience both in Florida and abroad, my journey has been anything but conventional. It began with a life-changing role as a United States Peace Corps volunteer, where I spent three adventurous years managing a Learning Resource Center and teaching digital literacy. These experiences sparked a lifelong commitment to empowering others through education. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Public Relations and a Master's degree in Adult Education and Training, I’ve honed the ability to connect deeply with learners of all ages. I began as a middle school Language Arts teacher, fostering critical thinking in young minds, before reigniting my true calling in adult education. My dedication to the field earned me recognition as the 2018 State of Florida Adult Educator of the Year and, more recently, as a 2024 JM Lexus Black Achievers' Award in Education Finalist. As the author of Go Back to School & Get Better, I share practical strategies to motivate individuals to pursue their educational goals and persevere until success is achieved. I’ve had the privilege of presenting multiple times at the ACE of Florida Annual Conference, as well as speaking at numerous South Florida community events to promote the importance of adult education. I’ve also worked with educators across grade levels and post-secondary institutions, guiding them on integrating critical thinking, hospitality, customer service, and technology into their curriculum to inspire students and engage stakeholders. My story is one of resilience, adventure, and unwavering passion for education. I don’t just deliver talks; I create transformative experiences that leave audiences inspired, empowered, and equipped with tools to take meaningful action. I’d be honored to bring my unique perspective and energy to your next event, helping your organization and its attendees strive toward lifelong success.

George Dupont From the Ice to the Boardroom: Teaching Leaders to Win Under Pressure I’ve spent my life chasing one question: What separates a good team from a great one — one that wins again and again, especially when the pressure’s on? As a professional hockey captain and coach, I learned that talent might get you on the scoreboard — but it doesn’t build dynasties. Mindset, leadership, and culture do. Later, as a senior business executive, I saw the same patterns. The highest-performing teams weren’t the most talented — they were the most aligned, intentional, and resilient. That’s the core of my work now: Helping leaders and teams close the gap between potential and performance by building clarity, accountability, and high-performance systems that actually hold up under pressure. I believe talent sets the floor — but leadership and culture raise the ceiling. My job is helping teams reduce the gap between the two. I speak from real-world experience — not theory. I’ve captained championship teams, coached pros, led corporate turnarounds, and advised 180+ teams and organizations across industries. The results? Multi-million dollar revenue gains. Improved retention. Clearer leadership. Stronger trust. And cultures that stop relying on individuals — and start functioning as systems. My speaking is rooted in the same philosophy I coach: Leadership is a skill. Culture is a system. Performance is a result. I teach frameworks like DynastyDNA OS™, The 12 Non-Negotiables of Champion Leadership, The Alignment OS and The Champion’s Edge Diffusion Model™ — built to help teams lead with purpose, align with clarity, and execute with consistency. Whether I’m speaking to executives, athletes, or high-performing teams, my goal is always the same: To help people stop relying on raw talent — and start building systems that create repeatable, resilient success. Let’s raise the standard — and build something that lasts.
