Finding Peace in an Out of Control World
We can’t change the world around us, but we can change our reactions. This lecture guides the audience through a journey that will assist them with finding their bliss regardless of what they are facing. This lecture is based on Amazon #1 best-selling book, Finding Peace in an Out of Control World.
Creating a Culture of Mindfulness
Studies suggest that being mindful can create a more productive and optimistic learning environment as well as enhance the lives of teachers, paraprofessionals and students. There is a global trend-especially in England and India-to include mindfulness in schools to make students emotionally as well as academically intelligent. Reports suggest that individuals who take part in a mindfulness-based program are happier and healthier, commit less disciplinary infractions, are absent less and excel more. Allow me to apply my 20+ years of training and development and 15+ years of experience in mindfulness to assist you in creating a culture based on mindfulness. Attendees will learn: • What mindfulness is. • What the ROI is to employees for practicing mindfulness. • How to practice mindfulness starting today.
