About
Event organizers choose me because I bring rare, inside-the-system credibility to conversations that are often misunderstood or avoided. My work is grounded in lived experience within law, regulation, investigations, and other high-accountability environments—where burnout, ethical risk, and human impact are real and immediate. I deliver trauma-informed, compliance-appropriate education that resonates with skeptical, high-stress audiences and meets continuing education standards. Most importantly, I create space for honest dialogue while equipping professionals with practical tools they can apply immediately.
