Mining Social Media for Customer Data
Users are the product marketers are buying on social media. How can we use user social media data ethically (and unethically - for education purposes) to gain insight into our target audience? What tools exist to scrape and monitor social media platforms for public data? Attendees will learn how to find and use social media data to their business' advantage and learn the pros and cons of using data that users thought was "private".
The Otherside of Best Practices: Does executing the opposite of what experts say actually work?
Are digital marketing "best practices" actually the best? Think outside the box and examine why these strategies and tactics are considered best practices. Take a risk and learn what happens when you execute the opposite of best practices, what actually works... And what doesn't.
