Azgari Lipshy is a small-business strategist and founder of Azgari.com, where she helps high-earning professionals become absentee owners of cash-flowing service businesses without quitting their day jobs. After watching countless six-figure earners stay stuck in “golden handcuffs,” Azgari built a model that flips the script: design the systems, processes, and people first, so the business can run day-to-day without the owner. Her firm guides clients through funding, selecting the right service business for their market, launching or acquiring the business, and installing the operational playbooks that keep revenue coming in even when the owner is in back-to-back meetings at their 9–5. On stage, Azgari is candid, practical, and highly tactical. She shows audiences how to turn income and credit into a legitimate, system-driven business asset instead of another time-sucking side hustle. Attendees leave with clear frameworks for building or buying a service business, structuring teams and SOPs so they can step away from daily operations, and creating real freedom and optionality for themselves and their families.
