Ashley Scott is a data professional at a Fortune 500 company, career coach, motivational speaker, and recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award from former President Barack Obama. She is best known for sharing her blend of experience in public health and business analytics to encourage and champion the diversification of the talent pipeline in academia and data careers. After hosting several focus groups and virtual fireside chats, she learned that women in underserved communities, including hers, were not encouraged to pursue STEM careers because they felt there is a lack of role models in the field. In pursuit of her mission to promote data literacy, she started the social media campaign #DataGirl in the summer of 2020 to increase the awareness of data careers and created data-inspired apparel and accessories. A portion of proceeds goes to her scholarship fund for under-represented people interested in data education certifications and careers. Ashley has keynoted at events including Women In Data, FEM STEM Bahamas, IBM, New York Urban League, and Google, reaching audiences across the world to speak about her experience and share her expertise with data and technology. She also serves as a Women in Data Science Ambassador in a partnership with Stanford University and is a NASA Solar System Ambassador; here, she hosts events for people of all ages and educates them on the importance of solar exploration in STEM and data areas. Ashley demonstrates that there is room for more people, especially women to thrive in her platform, Data Girl Ash, where she provides insight to people interested in using data and uplifting others to successful career success pathways. Speaker Onesheet Bio Sarah simplifies the “purpose of life” to help individuals in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the Autism Spectrum better navigate the world around them. Sarah helps individuals better understand and use their intuition, or the guidance of the Light of Christ in their lives. She does this by teaching them how to build better connections with God by embracing positive leadership skills, broaden their thinking about the world around them and increase their ability to empathize within themselves and with others. Sarah loves to simplify complex doctrines, share relatable stories, personalize the scriptures, and explore tools to help each of us navigate being human. Sarah strives to help others increase their faith so they are capable of moving their mountains of fear by teaching a variety of ways to work with their subconscious, conscious, and higher conscious minds. Sarah consistently encourages others to also understand and use their agency to choose to co-create their lives, or their own worlds, with Jesus Christ right now by helping them confidently and comfortably learn to trust and commune with Heaven. What Sarah shared brings an increase of hope, peace, and love into the listeners life. When an individual understands how to increase faith, hope, and charity in every thought, feeling, word, and action entire families and communities are impacted for the better.

Owner and Founder
Since 2016, I have run Ebony L. Green Coaching where I focus on my purpose and calling: to bring forward the truth of the past, to inform a clear, active, and focused present, for a desire-driven future. And because I love to teach, I have not one problem showing you how to do the same for you. This is the idea behind my work. The WHY behind my work is this: marginalized people and genders deserve to take up space with agency and confidence born of internal power and clarity - no matter what this world offers them. From my work with hundreds of amazingly powerful people, I know that the one thing they can control that will keep them in agency with confidence is knowledge, acceptance, and activation of their whole self. AND I also know that this is not easy to do. Everybody wants you to be authentic and talks about how great it is for your personal and professional lives: yet, it's crickets on how to BE and DO authentic. I am the world expert on authenticity who focuses on guiding marginalized people and genders to show up powerfully with their whole self today - no matter what. This is my purpose and why I no longer run that successful consulting business most know and love me for. Today, I am here to ensure you understand: * How to #OwnYourDifference! * That your difference is your superpower. * That there is no script for your vision. * How to sing your song so we can all dance with you. As an Authenticity Coach, I guide marginalized people to a new, more confident & authentic version of themselves so they can harness and wield power that cannot be taken from them. I am known for: * Desire, Choose, Act™ * Unlock Your Expert™ * Sage-Side Self™ * Values-Based Self™ * Desire-Based Self™ * Human Design * Positive Intelligence

I hold an MD with specialization in Ophthalmology and did two postdoctoral fellowships. One more clinical-oriented at the University of Toronto (Ocular Oncology), and another research fellowship at McGill University (Ocular Pathology). I was then appointed Assistant Professor for the Department of Ophthalmology and Pathology at McGill University, where I worked from 2009-2012. It was a busy time when I published over 60 manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals. I’ve attached my CV with more info. I then took an unofficial “sabbatical” to work with my other passion, martial arts. I started a school of Jiu-Jitsu that grew into a network of 8 schools of over 2,000 students. We do not only teach champions but regular people that never thought they could become martial artists. It never ceases to amaze me how empowering it can be and all the benefits it can bring to someone’s life. I am also passionate about inclusion, including accessibility for people with special needs. I had the pleasure to teach kids and adults with physical, mental, and learning disabilities. I have also been invited to talk about it in the media and keynote presentations: • “Benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for people with disabilities”. Breakfast Television Montreal. July 2018 • “Competition: the new collaboration”. TEDx HEC. Universite de Montreal. February 2017 • “Jiu-Jitsu for everyone”. McGill University Occupational Therapy course. November 2016 • “Jiu-Jitsu for the visually-impaired”. Montreal Association for the Blind. May 2015 Given my career shift and the broad range of interests, I am often invited to talk about time management, balancing life’s responsibilities, managing a team with people from different backgrounds, and staying focused on achieving your goals. I also coach and mentor other business owners that want to make a living out of their passions and making work a more meaningful and fulfilling activity.
