For the first 24 years of my life, I suffered a crippling fear of flying. It would ruin my holidays, even for months leading up to them, I would be physically ill, have constant nightmares, I truly believed an aeroplane accident was how I was going to die. It got so severe I was ready to admit defeat and never fly again, but I love the sun, and experiencing different cultures, I couldn't give in. The next time I flew I abblitorated my life-long phobia in a split second, and I want to share my story so you can do the same, because you can. Since then i've gone through huge changes in all areas of my life, not just the one. I found out about a famous coach who had a similar experience to mine, I learnt what actually happened to me on that plane, and now I want to share it with you, so that you can experience a life-changing shift in your beliefs about your own experience, and how it is shaped from within your own mind, not from external events. I'm a highly trained coach and master practitioner of NLP and hypnosis, specialising in Sidney Banks' "Three Principles."
