Isaac Mashman is a businessman, author, coffee addict, creator, podcast host, private investor, and speaker. Born in Jacksonville, Florida. Getting his start in the industry of network marketing, Mashman joined 3 different companies, 4 different times before realizing that he wanted more control over his day-to-day operations and executive decisions. Although he never made much money from his time in the industry, he attributes a lot of what he learned and his current way of thinking to it. Following his departure, some time spent traveling, and nearly a dozen attempts at businesses ranging from agencies to record labels, in 2020 Isaac launched his now-dissolved public relations firm Mashman Ventures which delved into personal brand-related work. In 2024, Isaac founded Mashman Consulting Group (MCG). Taking the best approaches, expertise, and strategies from his PR firm, this evolution follows a similar path in which they work with public figures who want to be followed, in demand, and respected to optimize and scale their personal brands. There is also an emphasis on individual reputation management. As of today, he has had the opportunity to work with countless authors, actresses, business owners, executives, coaches, inventors, models, and musicians across multiple continents. This business is his vehicle for future endeavors and is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas. Understanding that obscurity is often the enemy of success, Isaac wanted to ensure that people would be able to find out more about him and connect with who he is as a person and as a leader. He has hosted and co-hosted several podcasts, most notably Chase the Vision with Isaac Mashman (2019), which centered around business and education. It ended in the summer of 2022 surpassing 100 episodes. On November 1st, 2021 Isaac self-published his first book Personal Branding: A Manifesto on Fame and Influence which went on to become the #1 new release in Public Relations on Amazon as well as a top 10 PR best-seller. It is currently available in physical, digital, and audio formats. When asked to summarize the book’s intention, Isaac wanted his readers to understand what their personal brand is, and why they should be consciously building it. A second edition is expected in the Fall of 2024. In January 2022 Isaac Mashman launched two new companies, Mashman Investments and Mashman Properties within one week of each other. Mashman Investments engages in acquisitions, equity ownership, and other financial contracts, allowing for his real estate-related transactions to fall underneath Mashman Properties. These are the first three businesses under the MASHMAN umbrella, with many more to come in the future. Through his speaking engagements, Isaac is looking to share his experiences and knowledge in life with the ambitious people sitting in the audience.

Lindsay Gutierrez, a born and raised Sooner from Midwest City, Oklahoma, is a veteran of the United States Air Force. She enlisted in the Air Force as a Security Forces Journeyman in September 2010 and after completing technical training at Lackland Air Force Base, she was assigned to the 48th Fighter Wing, Royal Air Force Lakenheath (RAFL), United Kingdom. Lindsay remained at RAFL until she was honorably discharged after fulfilling her 6 years of service. Upon separation from the Air Force, she found the transition back to civilian life came with many challenges – one of which was finding her identity post-military. Lindsay missed the comradery of the military and sought out methods to remain involved with that demographic. Additionally, she wanted to find a way to use her history in the Air Force as a source to advocate for military social issues in her community. It was during a complicated time in her life that Lindsay came across Ms. Veteran America and realized this was the perfect organization that coupled everything she was looking for into one. Although grace, beauty, poise, and service are highlighted during the competition, participants are role models for other women and girls through empowerment, advocacy, and raising awareness for homeless women veterans. In October 2017, Lindsay was crowned Ms. Veteran America and became the new ambassador for the competition’s beneficiary, Final Salute Inc. Through the military and outside experiences, Lindsay was able to find her calling as an advocate for social needs through awareness and education. In 2020, she obtained her Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University, concentrating in areas such as advocacy for veterans, legislation, policy change, and community outreach. Lindsay remains a faithful servant to many civic and non-profit organizations. She’s an active member of the American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary Post #336, volunteers with D.A.R.E. (Defending, Advocating, Rescuing, and Educating) Animal Rescue, and serves as member of IGNITE National’s inaugural Speakers Bureau. Furthermore, she also sits on the Board of Trustees for the Youth Impact Center the veteran-founded organization, Veterans First Light. These days, Lindsay can be found studying in preparation for the LSAT. Her goal is to attend law school and combine her degrees to pursue human rights and/or public service law. During her downtime, Lindsay enjoys reading, painting, shopping, participating in pageants, listening to true crime podcasts, mudding in her four-wheeler with friends and family, and exercising. Lindsay resides in Lakeland, Georgia with her fur babies (2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 potbelly pigs, 4 chickens, and 1 hermit crab) and active-duty husband, Anthony, an Equipment Maintenance Craftsman at Moody Air Force Base.
