What I do is best said by my clients and Attendees Andy Walter is probably one of the best inspirational speakers I have ever heard in my life. I do not say this lightly. He makes you think, he challenges you but he shows you that open door of possibility and pushes you through it, even when you don’t want to go there. He is one of life’s winners, again, he lives his life by his own principles. Eleri Cosslett – Owner Legal Director McGuire Mitchell Law Andy Walter's Motivational style has been a major influencing factor in helping our organisation exceed what was an already ambitious global sales target by more than $1.5m, his enthusiasm, professionalism and genuine desire to help show through in everything he does, so much so that we have invited him to come and train our teams for a 3rd time. Paul Thompson – CEO Aerospheres Having worked with various different coaches over the years, I can truly say that Andy Walter is at the top of his game and full of great tips and advice. My confidence levels have improved hugely, and I now have a firm sales strategy in place. I know my figures and check them regularly allowing me to plan for the next quarter. Time management has improved greatly as has my focus which is now much more sales/marketing focused. Jo Middleton – Owner Dog First Aid UK Wide Franchise

Cynthia served for over 25 years as a Royal Canadian Mounted Police Officer. Through her speaking, writing, mentoring and advocacy she works hard to change the lens through which people see the first responder world. Cynthia is a contributing author to the 2021 Amazon #1 Best Selling Book, "Women of Inspiration - Women Driving Change" and a Universal Women's Network, 2019 Woman of Inspiration - Unsung Hero award winner. I give talks at conferences, workshops, schools and training sessions globally about my experiences of being on the autism spectrum. One of my most high-profile talks to date was at TEDxOxford in 2023. I also advise companies on their Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) policies surrounding neurodiversity. My talks focus on the positive aspects of being autistic, which give people a more optimistic view of the future and break down the barriers autistic people face. I'm the author of three books, "It's Raining Cats and Dogs", "A Different Kettle of Fish" and most recently "What Has Autism Ever Done For Us?". I'm an experienced speaker on autism, Asperger's syndrome and neurodiversity, having toured the UK, given hundreds of talks to date and been featured around the media from Channel 4 and the BBC to the New Scientist magazine. I am also patron of CASPA, a charity based in South East London that runs youth clubs for young people on the autism spectrum. I gained a Physics degree from the University of Surrey and now work full time as a Data Analyst, making me one of just 30% of the autistic population in employment. In my spare time I'm an accomplished musician, playing jazz piano, bass guitar, drums and percussion (including spoons) with a variety of bands.
