After graduating from a small town southern high school in 2002, I followed a group of friends aimlessly through my first years of college. After four years of seeking out an Electrical/Computer Engineering degree I realized... that was not what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I did some soul-searching for a year and reconnected with my love of art and creativity. I shifted my sights in 2006 towards becoming a graphic designer. After college, I found myself with a contract position as a project manager for a bidding website. After one year of successfully building the site from the ground up, I finished the project and was released to pursue other opportunities. I found myself working for a short period as a designer for a Nationwide Balloon Distributor, before being called back by my first employer to return as their Marketing Director. Over the next two years, I employed social media marketing strategies that grew the companies brand awareness across multiple channels. In an industry where digital marketing was incredibly challenging, I grew the companies revenue and digital sales exponentially, while helping to manage several different branches of the company. After two successful years, I left that company to become the Graphic Designer for one of the largest non-profits in the Pensacola area where I now work as the Communications Manager, managing a team of creative and marketing professionals to promote the organizations brand and drive it's goal to reach the community. In addition to that, I am a freelance designer working in the Pensacola, FL area. I work with businesses and brands, helping them develop innovative strategies to reach their goals and create engaging creative content that grows their businesses.

Jonny Shannon is a International Tech entrepreneur & Motivational Speaker based in Brisbane, Australia. He grew up in South Auckland, New Zealand and found school extremely difficult, having undiagnosed dyslexia and other disabilities which led him to failing all his subjects and being bullied. After overreacting too many times, Jonny was finally expelled for fighting too much & not showing up to school. It wasn’t until his last school that a counsellor took him aside to work through some of the key issues he was facing. The difference for Jonny was from “night to day”. He quickly turned his academic performance around and focused on his emotional well being. Surprised in the difference seeing a counsellor made, he committed to doing youth work to help other students like him in the future. After a short time in the NZ Army, Jonny moved to Australia to become a qualified youth-worker. He later took some time off and co-started multiple companies including being a pioneer of ‘Pushpay’, an app that helps people give to charities, now on the ASX and one of the fastest-growing SasS companies in Australian history, worth over $1 Billion. He took this success & resources to re-dedicate his life to full-time youth work, this time focusing on interviewing youth-psychologists & speaking at schools on various health topics.
