The articles range from deep dives into complex topics, like how to build credibility, to practical guides on how to set your pricing, to light, inspiring content, like quotes from the world's greatest orators. My story is not special or unique, and would likely make for a boring autobiography. I’m just like you, relatable in so many ways. The truth is that you’ve landed on my story for one reason: because I’ve found my calling, and I would love to help you find yours. My Brief Story – I’m a 20 year intense Business Traveler with a passion for: Sales, Leadership, Fitness, Family, and Football. I strive to help Special Needs Citizens and their Families live out their Joy and Purpose. And, most of all, I love walking through this life with Jesus by my side. The Longer Story – Through college, the majority of my decisions and motivation were driven by football. I didn’t ever really know much about the college that I selected, other than they had a good football team and would allow me to play. College is where I began to find myself, my strengths, and more importantly……….my future wife. We got married young, jumped into careers young, bought our first house young, and started a family young. And BAM!!! – that’s when our world got flipped upside down. When our daughter was somewhere between 12 and 36 months old (my wife and I disagree on her exact age) we discovered that she had special needs. This kicked off what would end up being the 5 most difficult years of our marriage. Somewhere during that time our oldest son was born……… a time in which memories and even pictures are limited due to the unfamiliarity of our new life. Overlay this with the fact that my career path had brought me to a place where I was traveling every week………..seriously, every week. Fast forward to now: Amy and I have been married for 17 years, Mabry is 18, Jack is 16, and Slater is 12. I still travel a lot for work, but we’ve learned as a family how to make that work for us. And the family knows that when they need me home, I’ll be home……….whether it’s for a day or a month. We have embraced our role as a Special Needs Family, and we understand what comes with that. It’s harder than any words can describe……….but we’re not here for a pity party. Amy and I believe that God has equipped us to be her parents, and Jack and Slater to be her brothers. But – we will not let this define us. We each have a purpose………a story to write………and a role to play. I hope that my story and experience can help you discover your what, where, why, and how.

The first major issue is the lack of engagement and participation. Many participants become disengaged, leading to less effective learning and collaboration. Secondly, there is a concern about poor knowledge retention and application. Even when sessions are engaging, participants often forget what they've learned or fail to apply it in their daily tasks, undermining the long-term value of the training. Finally, inefficient use of time is a frequent complaint. Workshops and meetings can consume significant time without delivering proportionate value, with sessions often filled with unnecessary discussions or activities that do not lead to actionable outcomes. How UWT Fixes These Issues United We Transform (UWT) addresses these challenges by integrating advanced digital twin technology and AI-driven customization. UWT ensures continuous engagement through personalized learning experiences and AI-powered interactions, keeping participants actively involved. By embedding training content into daily workflows with digital twins, UWT guarantees knowledge retention and practical application.
