Writing became an opportunity to begin document the lessons learned (good and bad) over my career. Publishing books become an outlet to share these lessons and thoughts to the world. Speaking become the avenue in which I could connect with leaders and encourage them to not be normal through the lessons and thoughts I have shared in my writing.
