Mr. Marino is a “Tech Whisperer,” a true master at translating and communicating byzantine technical processes that elude even the savviest business minds into language they can grasp. The clientele for Mr. Marino’s critical message and services consists of the heaviest hitters in the interconnected worlds of business, finance, technology, government, NGO, and the military. Mr. Marino is equally conversant in the languages of business and technology, therefore senior executives on both the management and tech sides of today’s completely data-dependent marketplace, regularly call on him to solve complex, data-driven problems. CEOs, CFO’s, IT chiefs, and network engineers alike require a guide through the maze of data challenges occasioned by the expanding boom of data mining opportunities and obstacles. Two years ago, experts insisted that all available data came into circulation between 2011 and 2013—at that rate, in 2018, we believe it’s likely that Internet, Cloud, and private data storage has become exponentially more saturated with data. In short: Data is king. But the king requires a counselor. Mr. Marino is the consigliere to the king. He brings to the table a quarter century of experience working in senior management roles, including service as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer for various organizations ranging from emerging growth startups to Fortune 500 companies.

In my talks, I focus the teaching about how detailed insights into how price affects sales volume and how this can be leveraged into a go-to-marketing strategy that is often completely transformational for a company. Using a process I developed, we can accurately predict your sales volume at different prices. When this prediction is correlated with market demographics, features/functions, and even marketing messages. The results are: - Companies can focus on those customers that generate the highest sales volume at the highest prices. - Companies can focus on marketing the product features that generate the highest sales volume at the highest prices. - Use the marketing messages and marketing channels that generate the highest sales volume at the highest prices. Typical results from this process is a doubling of sales growth or 25 - 40% higher profit margin. Sometimes both. My standard presentation takes about 50 minutes to deliver and include this agenda: Startups and pricing Setting the stage Psychology and willingness to pay Mistakes most companies do Actions to drive higher and more profitable sales Here is a link to the company's website: http://www.atenga.com Here is a link to my personal website: http://www.sjofors.com

As I look back, there may have been two defining times early in my life that helped shape who I am and what service I continue to provide today . At around the age of 10 in Sydney, Australia, I used to help my parents by serving customers in their small shop. And, at around 13, I received a book entitled "Your Brain and How to Use It". For over 30 years my focus has been involved in training and development within the corporate world - from multi-nationals to small businesses. With a fascination for people in how we think, how we perform, how we emote and how our lives can be made even more successful with engaging training, coaching and mentoring, I have continued to study and teach with even more passion as those early days. Retail, Manufacturing, Tourism, Government , Education, Logistics , Automobile, Call centres are some of the sectors I have been involved with. My training and teaching has taken me to 25 Countries to meet and work with thousands of people at all levels. Along the way , I have studied many methods and processes and I have had a preference to share "what works'' rather than to join the bandwagon of what popular fad happens to be flavour of the month. My training expertise includes the following : . leadership . management development . change management . supervisory skills . customer experience . emotional intelligence . applied NLP skills . public speaking . sales and sales management . coaching . business writing
