Shua Fun Do is the art of breathing and fun and Yogarate which combines yoga and martial art principles which lead to students who embrace deep breathing and self defense as one. His vast knowledge of the inner working of the mind led to the creation of some of the most revolutionary and forward thinking award winning programs in existence today. Participants and organizations alike have agreed that his thought-provoking information combined with his comical entertainment background always left the crowd wanting more.
