Alan is that rare coach who is an expert in human behavior and sales performance. He enables sales professionals to coach themselves to transform their sales knowledge into sales action and success. Alan knows salespeople don't fail because of a lack of knowledge. They simply fail to take action to do what they have been trained to do. Alan is a former psychotherapist who discovered what keeps salespeople from taking action and the solution for their "lack of sales" problem. While others tell salespeople their biggest sales challenge is their own fear, Alan tells them their fear is just a symptom. Their biggest challenge isn't their fear. Their biggest challenge is not knowing how to coach themselves over their fears and into action. Elite performers do that. Every salesperson can learn how to coach themselves to get past the human emotions that keep them from prospecting, asking for referrals or selling on value, not price. Alan is the author and facilitator of the workshop, "Leader as Coach" for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, GA. Alan has trained or coached employees from organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Alcatel-Lucent, U.S. Department of Agriculture, the F.B.I., U.S. Marshal's Service, Hershey Hotel, United, Red Cross, McDonalds and Evonik.

Professional Speaker | Clarity, Momentum & Self-Trust for High-Achieving Audiences
California, United States
Sue Wilhite is a professional speaker and Resource Activator who helps people recognize—and reset—the invisible patterns that keep them stuck. Her work restores clarity, self-trust, and forward momentum, especially for high-achieving individuals and teams who feel stalled despite their experience and intelligence. With a background in Silicon Valley IT, Sue spent over a decade designing databases, writing code, and troubleshooting complex systems. That analytical foundation now informs her work with people: she has a rare ability to spot hidden constraints quickly and translate confusion into practical next steps that create immediate relief and movement. Sue’s talks are known for being grounded, engaging, and unexpectedly clarifying. Rather than motivating audiences to “try harder,” she helps them see what’s quietly working against them—and how to remove it. The result is renewed focus, cleaner decision-making, and a sense of agency that lasts beyond the event. She is equally effective in face-to-face conversations and on stages large and small, delivering keynotes, workshops, and facilitated sessions that meet audiences where they are and leave them equipped to move forward with confidence.

Mats Lewan is an international speaker, futurist, moderator, author and journalist based in Stockholm, Sweden, focusing on digitalisation and technology as a powerful driving force for change that will transform our lives and our society forever in the next few decades—far more than most people realizes. As a SPEAKER, Mats makes you see and understand how the pace of change is accelerating, how all industries will be hit by digital revolution like the music industry was, how every business will have to adapt to survive, how most of us will see our jobs being completely transformed or eliminated, and that machines might become super intelligent. People listening often say they’re shaken-up but also inspired by the tools Mats provides to prepare for, and take part in this powerful and fundamental change. Mats' talks are in English, Swedish or Italian, and they have been appreciated by renowned institutions and organizations such as Karolinska Institutet, Telia Sonera, Toyota and MoneySuperMarket.com. Mats regularly also work as a MODERATOR at technology focused events such as SAP Innovation Forum and Open Text Innovation Day. With deep knowledge from many tech industries, and WITH a long experience of being on stage, Mats can help making your conference or your inspiration day a successful event, asking the right questions that make speakers open up new perspectives, while also engaging with your audience, making the atmosphere relaxed and hearty. As an AUTHOR, Mats elaborates the technology theme further, weaving it into what his readers say are captivating stories. His latest book 'An Impossible Invention' covers the amazing and ongoing story of the Italian inventor Andrea Rossi and his energy device the E-Cat, possibly based on cold fusion—an energy source that could provide clean water to Planet Earth, zero-emission vehicles with unlimited mileage, a solution to the climate crisis and much more. The catch is that it has been considered physically impossible since an infamous and erroneously rejected scientific claim in 1989. As a science and technology JOURNALIST since 20 years, Mats focuses on making complicated stuff easy to grasp, and also on putting it into context, showing what it might mean—to our society, to businesses and to our lives. Mats has been working as a senior staff writer at Ny Teknik, Stockholm, Sweden—the major technology weekly in Scandinavia, and at CBS Cnet News in San Francisco. Mats' favorite quote: Like all revolutionary new ideas, the subject has had to pass through three stages, which may be summed up by these reactions: (1) ‘It’s crazy – don’t waste my time.’ (2) ‘It’s possible, but it’s not worth doing.’ (3) ‘I always said it was a good idea.’ (Arthur C. Clarke)
