I am a Queer nonprofit leader and lifelong learner working to assert the value of the unique role that cultural nonprofits play in the world of social justice. Through ALK Consulting, I further this work by offering LGBTQ+ inclusion workshops to cultural organizations to create more affirming spaces for staff, visitors, and the community at large. In addition to ALK Consulting, I advocate for health equity as Grants Management Specialist at Family Health Center of Worcester. Previously, at New England Botanic Garden, I served as Manager of Corporate and Foundation Relations and founded the Garden’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) Committee. I was also appointed to the American Public Garden Association’s IDEA Committee, considering how gardens throughout the nation can be welcoming to all. In 2020, upon discovering there was no public LGBTQ+ resource and support network for LGBTQ+ professionals in the museum field, I founded the LGBTQ+ Museum Staff & Students with Sam Dinnie, which is hosted by the New England Museum Association, building queer community across the globe. Currently, I am Treasurer of Love Your Labels, a nonprofit that supports LGBTQIA+ youth explore gender through art, design, and fashion. I was born and raised in Southern California where I started performing at the age of two. After extensive training in dance and acting, I obtained my B.F.A. from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in Los Angeles and New York. In early 2019 I was drawn to making my own content, and developed passions for screenwriting and directing. Since then, I have collaborated with many talented artists to create films that have brought such joy into our lives. Additionally, I have become invested in YouTube where I publish videos on all things filmmaking, productivity, and my cat Raja. I am currently starring in multiple episodes of the famous Dhar Mann YouTube channel series, which each garnering millions of views. In my spare time, I enjoy dance, fitness, stage combat, and aerial arts. I'm also an avid learner in mindset, financial success, mental health, and productivity optimization. Learning new things can be equally exciting and scary, but that's what makes life awesome! Thank you for taking the time to get to know me and my work.

I'm a Brand Consultant, Writer, Artist, and Intuitive Medium. I have spent the last 13 years helping brands and companies of all sizes and industries to discover, define, and document their brand, find their big story, tell it, and sell it. I am a strategist, an educator, and a creator. I am the end-consumer advocate and believe in profiling consumers and audiences beyond their demographics. I'm a remote work advocate and a big supporter of an asynchronous, flexible future of work. I care about brand and content strategy because I care about how language is used, how work gets done, how money gets spent, and how people feel about themselves and each other through it all. Communications is a facet of business that impacts lifestyles, perceptions, biases, interactions, and emotions -- and that makes it important. Advertising and brand content shape our world, inform our culture, mingle with our art, and punctuate the eras of humanity, It matters. I care about diversity, inclusion, accessibility, advocacy for neurodivergent or disabled employees and customers, active anti-racism, and protections for our planet. I care about using marketing and storytelling to make the world better, not just to make some asshole some money. When I'm not developing strategy, I write copy and create content, do some illustration on the side, and I read tarot.

My name is Tiffany Helton and it's so great to meet you! I am the Co-Founder of Stuft a Burger Bar in Fort Collins, Colorado. I have a true passion for cooking and customer service and I love to make that personal connection with my guests. I am a results driven, strong woman and I truly love this industry. Here's my background... I started working in a snack shop when I was 15. After I graduated High School I made the big move to beautiful Colorado from Los Angeles. As soon as I arrived I started working at a local bar and grill at 18 years old. After learning how to be a bouncer, cook and bartender I finally had my chance to learn the General Manager position. I spent 8 years running a very successful operation with the help of some amazing mentors. After several years, I decided I needed a change. I stepped into a role at a fast casual sandwich shop where I met my business partner (my boss at the time). We went on to open up our own restaurant Stuft burger bar. I am very grateful for the opportunity he gave me and work extremely hard at it everyday! He and I have a great partnership and have been partners for over 10 years. Somehow along the way, on my "time off" I managed to meet my amazing husband and we have two wonderful little boys. Being a Mom is the hardest and most rewarding job I have ever had. I always say if it wasn't for them I'd still be working 80 hours a week. I've had the privilege of working alongside some amazing chefs and managers throughout the years. Our restaurants have had some amazing accolades over the years as well. "Yahoo! Travel's Best Fries" award, and The Burger Battle Winner. I was also extremely honored with being chosen for The Coloradoan's "Super Woman" Award. Two years ago I became a part time Restaurant Consultant at the Larimer County Small Business Development Center where I mentor and coach up and coming restauranteurs. I was voted Consultant of the Year in 2020.
