Greg Kelley
Greg Kelley

Owner & Operator

Austin, Texas

Greg Kelley is an American entrepreneur, NCAA division 1 football player, husband and Austin, Texas native. Growing up playing football in high school, he was fortunate enough to receive multiple Division 1 full-ride athletic scholarships all over the state of Texas. The road to college football seemed bright for Greg until he was thrown into a nightmare of injustice that derailed his entire life and stole his freedom. After many long years of fighting to prove his innocence, he is now fully exonerated and enjoying freedom. He married his high school sweetheart, Gaebri, who was his biggest supporter from day one. Since gaining his freedom, Greg created a small business with the skills he learned while he was wrongfully incarcerated and also achieved his hopes and dreams of playing Division 1 college football at Eastern Michigan University. Greg is currently the owner and creator of Tomahawk Targets -(Axe Throwing Targets and Axe Throwing Rental Trailers). He is continuing his education at The University of Texas where he is majoring in kinesiology and minoring in entrepreneurship through the McCombs School of business. With the unfortunate series of events that happened to him in his life he has chosen to create beauty out of ashes and share his story with the world in a positive light through speaking engagements and Prison ministry. He is featured in the Emmy Award winning documentary, “Outcry”, that can be viewed on numerous platforms such as Showtime and Amazon Prime. Greg plans on writing a book about his story and giving God all the glory as he allows his faith to guide him every step of the way.

James Peach
James Peach

Global Director of Brand

United Kingdom

James wants to live adventurously. Whether that means cycling around the world or scaling a business, he’s not fussed. He believes these experiences make his life more stimulating, more unique, more wonderful. Over the past 15 years James has helped build some of the most successful brands in the tech and consumer goods industries, from innocent drinks to Uber. His most recent role as Global Director of Brand at Vinted, saw him lead a team of 120 to scale the business to 18 countries across Europe and North America, all in the name of making second-hand first choice. James also supports and mentors startups from seed to sale, and will soon launch his book, “Mattering to people; how to build an interesting business and a powerful brand”. James’s other adventure is adventure. He has completed a lap of our planet on a bicycle, cycling over 41,000 kilometres across 38 countries. He’s hiked across Costa Rica, Argentina and Norway, and cycled the length, kayaked the width and climbed the height of the UK non-stop. More recently James trekked a lap of Tenerife and got terribly sunburnt. James is currently writing his first book on adventure entitled ‘Stop what you're doing and cycle around the world’. He believes adventure is everywhere and whether it's scaling a business or scaling a mountain, the learned human experience is similar. In his career as a speaker, James engages groups with what he’s learned as a business leader and adventurer, and offers practical advice, thoughtful considerations and alternative ideas as to how we can approach the adventures of life and business.

Passionate about impacting lives, I've worked my whole life with business (mostly starting and investing in companies), and while writing the Thesis for my Neuroscience Master degree, I came up with the concept of Final Decisions, to end decision fatigue. Now, I am writing a book about this topic and I want to help as many people as possible to be able to apply this technique and achieve anything they want in their lives.

Joseph Lozito
Joseph Lozito

Motivational Speaker & Author

Massapequa Park, New York

My name is Joseph Lozito. I'm a 53 year old married father of two sons. I'm fond of saying "I'm just a guy with one good story". On February 12, 2011, I came face to face with evil as I was confronted by a spree-killer on an uptown #3 subway train. In the previous 28 hours, he had murdered four people & wounded several others. While he was intent on making me his fifth killing, I had other ideas. Despite suffering seven stab wounds, I was able to fight him off, take him down & disarm him. By every metric, I should be dead. I survived. I believe I'm still here for a reason.
