I'm the guy to see when you're ready to break free... But I wasn’t always that guy. In fact, I was the one who spent most of my life imprisoned, not by a physical prison, but rather one created in my mind. Living a life full of “no’s and never’s”, of failures and disappointments. I just thought that was how life was. Some people were talented and gifted, successful and self-confident, and some were not. I was one of the “not’s”. But after some significant life events, I not only came to recognize the obstacles I was facing, but also the challenges that lie ahead. That challenge transformed my life into a journey; a journey that has changed my point of views, my results, and my life. I am not the same person I was just a few years ago. I believe in my ability to do the things I never thought I was capable of, and I have done things I never thought possible. My challenges have given me a unique perspective, and my professional experience includes retail and logistics management as well as corporate training, and I have a keen focus on customer service. I have come to learn that the truths we cling to depend greatly upon our point of view, and by changing your perspective, you will see those obstacles and challenges as opportunities to grow and achieve success beyond expectation; to take a quantum leap in performance and results. Nothing in life is “coincidence”, things happen for a reason, and it is not what happens, but rather how you choose to respond to it that makes the difference and creates the environment you are operating in. Remember, if you don’t like the answers you are getting; ask better questions! And as I don't believe in coincidence, I also don't believe it is one that my information has found its way to you. Is now your time to break free? Let’s start the conversation and take that quantum leap; getting you the performance and results, along with the inspiration and motivation, to blast through any obstacles or challenges that arise for you or your team.

After being promoted to partner with one of the most successful consulting firms on the planet, I was transferred to a new office with a unique set of circumstances and expectations. I was unable to adjust and I failed. It took two or three more tries before I would taste success. With each experience I learned more about how to adapt and draw upon a fresh set of skills. Each time I had to learn that the skills that got me there were not the same skills that would help me succeed in a foreign environment. Once I learned to trust my instincts, take risks, and follow my heart, success came in waves. I found my groove and ultimately was responsible for delivering over $250 million in services revenue. With each unique opportunity came new challenges, politics, culture, and pace. I learned that I could not succeed on my own. I had to develop leaders who bought into our vision and could inspire the teams we needed to grow our practices. Are you prepared for the challenges you will face with your next promotion? Are you equipped with the skills you need to step up your game and deal with a whole new set of demands and politics? Can you detach yourself from the person you used to be to meet and exceed expectations in your new position or assignment? Most importantly, do you have the experience and patience to develop the leaders you need to deliver the results you have committed to? My 30+ years of experience in leading teams and organizations to deliver results on 4 continents enables me to effectively blend pragmatic operational advice with proven strategies to help you become the leader you need to be. My book, “A Garage Full of Ferraris”, highlights the aspects of leadership that drove my success and the successes of 15 former colleagues, friends and mentors. My programs are designed to accelerate the development of leaders in your organization.

Brad Warren has been a Business coach for Realtors, Agents, Brokers & Small Businesses | Time Management Expert | Bay Area Business Coach & Consultant. For almost 25 years, Brad has been the coach to entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, small business owners, and employees in developing both themselves and their businesses. As a trainer, he custom designs training programs in the people skills area, ranging from half-day seminars up to two full days. What separates him from many other coaches and trainers is that he does both. He designs the program of training to meet the clients' needs, then builds in ongoing coaching to reinforce the training and hold the participants accountable for results. While Brad's coaching includes many different topics, one element is common to everyone he works with: communication skills. This includes making presentations in front of potential clients or internally to co-workers, communicating ideas at staff meetings, and influencing direct reports and other staff to do something. He has worked in a broad array of industries, including executives at Pixar Animation Studios, a VP at Woodruff-Sawyer Insurance Services, the owner of Production Technologies, a regional VP for Central Garden and Pet Company, and many others. His training topics are numerous, but again, they all include a communication component at some point in the training. Whether it's Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, or even Time Management, Brad spends some part of the seminar on communication, because how skillful people are at talking and listening is directly related to their ability to get their job done. He has taught all across the United States and in 19 foreign countries over the course of his career. San Francisco Bay Area Specialties: Business coaching with entrepreneurs and sole proprietors, focused on structure, support, and accountability.
