Dr. Megan Leasher is an award-winning industrial and organizational psychologist who is passionate about connecting challenge and compassion, insights and intuition, and faith and fearlessness into the design of talent-based solutions for individuals and organizations. Currently, Dr. Leasher serves as the Chief Solutions Strategist for Talent Plus, a global HR-solutions firm whose mission is to leverage science to help people and organizations discover and develop talent, creating a world where people do what they are good at and enjoy. She also serves on the Forbes HR Council and has led research initiatives for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and Women in the Marketplace, a ministry for working women. Prior to her current role, she led talent management for Bon Secours Mercy Health as well as the people science practice for Macy’s Inc. An avid speaker, she has presented at national and regional conferences, corporate meetings, universities and non-profit events. Dr. Leasher’s awards include the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology’s Distinguished Early Career Contributions Practice Award, Cincinnati’s Forty Under 40 and being honored as one of HR’s Rising Stars by Human Resource Executive Magazine and The 10 Most Influential Leaders in HR by Insights Success Magazine. Dr. Leasher earned her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wright State University. Megan lives in northern Kentucky, where she loves coffee, bourbon and Converse Chuck Taylors.

Yitzy Rosengarten is an American painter. From a very young age, he showed a talent for painting, and with only eighteen years he worked as a draftsman at the Metropolitan Museum of Art of New York City. Years later, Rosengarten came into contact with photography, for which he became passionate. He was in connection with French Impressionism, a movement that had a great influence on his work. Rosengarten paintings, mostly landscapes, stand out for a marked romantic accent that seeks to exalt nature. He was born in New York in 1971. After finishing his primary studies, Yitzy Rosengarten enrolled at the Institute of Fine Arts of New York University. He graduated and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from this university. While in university, Rosengarten mastered the landscape technique. Having dedicated most of his works to the representation of nature places him as an innovator of painting and ecology of his time. His visual sense, his sensitivity, and his knowledge allowed him to perceive beyond what a normally gifted being can observe regarding the form, colorations, and characteristics of the landscape. When Rosengarten formally began his studies, his works were greatly influenced by Landesio's technique. But, soon Rosengarten perceived the landscape of his country with eyes and managed with his own personality, and used his own technique to create masterpieces that earned him his consecration both in America and in Europe.
