Originally from Denver, Colorado, he attended Regis Jesuit High School and Regis University. From a young age, he harbored a passion for storytelling, crafting short stories, and dreaming of writing a novel. His time in the United States Navy, where he served as a missile technician aboard the USS Lafayette (SSBN 616), stationed in New London, Connecticut, and Virginia Beach, Virginia, played a key role in shaping some of the complex characters and themes in his writing. Now based in Tucson, Arizona, with his wife, Sisto has also been a dedicated volunteer volleyball coach at the YMCA and various other organizations. Beyond his military service and coaching, he has actively contributed to community service projects, earning respect and recognition among his peers for his commitment to his craft and community. Sisto's military experiences have instilled a deep sense of discipline and resilience, which is reflected in his writing. Drawing from his life journey, his novels often explore themes of courage, loyalty, and the complexities of human nature. The inspiration for his novel Slave Trade came unexpectedly when Sisto saw a highway sign warning of a white van suspected of human trafficking. The weight of the topic led him to conduct extensive research, which was at times overwhelming, but ultimately, he was proud to see the novel through to publication. J. Anthony Sisto is working on his next novel, a thrilling adventure shaped by his time in the Navy and vivid imagination.

Vince Perri is a CEPA-certified business broker, entrepreneur, and public adjusting expert with a proven track record of building, scaling, and exiting businesses. With over 15 years of hands-on experience across insurance, education, and professional services, Vince has transformed setbacks into stepping stones, creating companies that thrive while teaching others to do the same. Vince’s entrepreneurial journey began as a top-producing public adjuster at Key Biscayne Claim Adjusters, where he generated over half a million dollars annually as a solo operator. Driven to expand, he founded Elite Resolutions and rapidly scaled the firm—only to learn one of the toughest lessons in business: scaling too fast without proper systems can break a company. Rather than fold, Vince rebuilt with stronger operations, better processes, and a focus on profitability. Today, Elite Resolutions stands as one of Florida’s top public adjusting firms, known for operational excellence and efficient claim resolution. His passion for education led him to create Commercial Claims Advocate, a global training platform for public adjusters. Through online courses, masterminds, and a top YouTube channel, Vince has helped thousands of professionals build sustainable businesses and avoid the mistakes he once made. Beyond adjusting, Vince has built and scaled other ventures, including the Miami Elite Tennis Academy and sales roles where he led FIU’s football program ticketing in its inaugural season. This diverse background sharpened his ability to spot growth opportunities across industries. Today, Vince serves as a Business Broker with Murtha & Murtha Mergers & Acquisitions, where he leverages his CEPA training to help entrepreneurs prepare, scale, and sell their companies through structured exit planning. His flagship process, the Value Clarity Report, uncovers what a business is worth today and creates a roadmap to maximize value before going to market. As host of the Beyond the Claim Podcast and a sought-after speaker, Vince brings audiences real-world, no-nonsense strategies on leadership, systems, exit planning, and scaling with intention. His story—marked by both hard lessons and major wins—makes him a relatable and impactful voice for any stage. Vince Perri is living proof that grit, clarity, and systems can turn challenges into breakthroughs—and businesses into legacies.

Hello! My name is Marcella. I am a married mom of two teenage girls (15 and 17 years old - I know, please check on me). We live in Long Island, New York and are a huge lacrosse family! If anyone is looking for me I’m either in a boardroom or on a lacrosse field. I have been in Finance for 30+ years. It’s been quite a ride. From my humble beginnings on Wall Street to becoming the Finance Director of one of the biggest and most prestigious Publishing Houses in the world, Conde Nast (Vogue, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair). 40, 50, 60 hour weeks, trying to climb the corporate ladder and pushing through - no matter what it took (if you have seen The Devil Wears Prada then you know what I’m talking about). My goal in life is the never ending search for work / life balance. I evolve everyday trying to find new ways to do it all. Work, life, repeat! Work, life, repeat! I crashed and burned back in 2022 when I quit my high paying Corporate Finance job and took a year off. The money didn't matter anymore, my mental and physical health were at an all time low. It was a dark time on so many levels. I have been working to rebuild myself ever since. I continue to use the tools I have implemented to get myself out of bed and back into life. Small steps led to long term happiness and success. Nothing worth doing is easy and it certainly doesn’t happen overnight. I want to share my story with other women regarding the Myth of “having it all”. Instead of putting more on our plates, we need to remove the non-essentials. Women need to start saying no, start asking for help and find time for rest, without guilt. It’s possible because I’m proof of it. It’s an important discussion that needs to be had. Stress has become the new baseline and burnout has become the new norm. Burnout is not a badge of honor, it's actually a dangerous place for us to be. It's time to talk.

My name is Scott Mast, and I own two well-regarded furniture stores in Palm Beach, Florida. Over the years, my stores have developed a strong local following, and across my social media platforms, I’ve built an audience of about 100,000 followers who engage with my content on design, retail, and entrepreneurship. In a previous chapter of my career, I worked for an International franchise company where I regularly MC’d events and spoke publicly on business and leadership topics — sometimes in front of crowds as large as 3,000. I've spoken at many events in many regions of the country and in over 20 countries. I’ve always felt comfortable on stage, and love blending my passion for public speaking with my work as a business owner and brand builder. I’d love to connect and explore opportunities for MC work or speaking engagements, particularly around topics like brand storytelling, retail design, small business growth, or customer experience. I’m proud of the reputation I’ve built, and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with a wider audience. I feel strongly that events should both be informative and FUN. Please let me know if you’d like me to share a speaker reel or one-sheet. I appreciate your time and consideration.
