A new leadership paradigm that delivers innovative thinking and different results through generating leaders who consciously lead innovative change and make it CLIC! Starting from the leadership ladder that kills innovative thinking and not only devalues human contributions but also kills human spirit over time, Sharon will take you to the other side of the ladder where careers and results receive the slingshot treatment, allowing leaders to jump past the barriers in business we commonly face.

Whether "it" is a team or a project or an innovative product launch or even a career plan, it can be consciously designed to deliver innovative results, on-purpose! Sharon shows you how to shift from passive or unconscious leadership to a new paradigm of actively moving ahead with predictive plans that generate new, innovative results, giving you more choice in your progress.

In this new age, both masculine and feminine leadership forms of power are critical to generating new forms of business that increase the levels of joy, productivity and predictable profitability. Sharon will review the feminine forms of power and how they work in balance with the masculine forms of power to accelerate results and engage at new levels of energy.
