About
Because your audience doesn’t need another inspirational talk — they need clarity, challenge, and change. I bring together real-world leadership experience, evidence-based research, and a deeply human approach to performance and culture. My keynotes are designed to land with leaders who are tired of theory, sceptical of buzzwords, and under pressure to deliver results without burning people out. What sets me apart is my focus on Tough Kindness — the ability to lead with empathy and accountability. This isn’t soft leadership, and it isn’t old-school command and control. It’s the skill leaders now need to build trust, make better decisions, have braver conversations, and create cultures where people actually perform. I don’t speak at audiences. I engage them, challenge assumptions, and give them language, frameworks, and tools they can use immediately — whether they’re leading teams, shaping culture, or navigating the human impact of AI and change. My work is grounded in research, but delivered with warmth, honesty, and straight talk. I understand the commercial realities organisations face, and I’m known for translating complex ideas into insights that stick long after the event. If you’re looking for a speaker who will be memorable and useful, someone who will move thinking, not just emotions, then that’s why you choose me.
Tough Kindness: How We Build Trust, Accountability, and Courage at Work
Great workplaces aren’t built on niceness or fear. They’re built on Tough Kindness: the ability to care about people while still being clear, honest, and accountable. In this story-led keynote, I share real experiences from the workplace alongside insights from my research into culture and ethics. Through relatable stories, practical examples, and moments of reflection, audiences explore how Tough Kindness shows up in everyday interactions — feedback, boundaries, communication, and collaboration. This talk speaks to leaders and teams alike, helping everyone understand the role they play in shaping trust, performance, and culture — regardless of job title. Ideal for: Whole teams, leadership groups, culture and engagement events Audience takeaway: Shared language and practical tools for trust, accountability, and better conversations
The Human Equation: How Who We Are Shapes the Culture We Create
Culture isn’t created by policies or values statements — it’s created by people, every day. Through powerful storytelling and real workplace examples, this keynote explores The Human Equation: how self-awareness, behaviour, and everyday interactions influence trust, performance, and connection at work. It invites audiences to reflect on how they show up for others — as colleagues, leaders, and human beings. This talk works as powerfully for teams as it does for senior leaders, creating moments of insight, honesty, and shared responsibility for the culture everyone experiences. Ideal for: Teams, leadership offsites, organisation-wide events Audience takeaway: Greater awareness of personal impact and simple shifts that strengthen culture
Humanising AI: Keeping Connection, Responsibility, and Trust at the Centre of Change
As technology and AI reshape how we work, the real challenge isn’t technical — it’s human. In this engaging, story-driven keynote, I explore how AI and digital change affect people at every level of an organisation. Using relatable stories and ethical insights, I highlight the everyday moments where trust can be built or broken — in decisions, communication, and how change is handled. This talk reassures teams while challenging organisations to adopt technology in ways that support connection, wellbeing, and performance — not undermine them. Ideal for: Teams, conferences, transformation programmes Audience takeaway: A human framework for navigating change with confidence and care
