In this presentation, I help companies support their teams with empowering an environment of accountability and developing interdependency awareness. Accountability is hard for people to except, and pointing the finger, someone watching your every move immediately comes to mind. This can cause a lot of frustration, anger, disfunction and lose of productivity, which means profits are affected as well. Thesaurus.com's first synonym for hold accountable is "place blame for wrongdoing." Not exactly positive, joy-filled culture material, however without accountability, things get stressful really fast. Subpar behavior or performance becomes normal, and accepted.
