About
My passions are innovation and inspiring people to think further than they have ever seen!
Being A Leader vs Being THE Leader
When your passionate personality has to be tone down in order to learn and have time to develop. Yet being careful to not be discourage. Hang in there!
Is easier to tame a tiger than to make a butterfly sting!
As a a leader you have to identify those high potential leader within you team and learn to manage them in a way that can help you tame them and put them in the correct path, working for you. Since that passion they have is very very powerful and will get a lot accomplish yet those more quite individuals are way easier to manage yet wont drive much innovation or challenge the status quo stone walling the teams ability to progress further.
Your perspective matters!
