I help women overcome obstacles with mental health by building a stronger relationship with God, so that they can experience a fulfilling life by turning to God instead of turning inward during times of struggle. Relying on Christ more than themselves. Seeing that when they turn their troubles to God they don’t just go away but we grow in relationship with Him. We learn to put our troubles with Him instead of thinking we can fix it on our own.
