About
I can provide the insight you need to get things done in a rapidly changing and complex world.
Why we resist Change
You are leading your organisation through an important change objective. You have done your homework and you are certain that the new way of doing things is the right way to go. However, some people within the organisation don’t seem to get it. They are ‘resistant’ to change. Sounds familiar? In this session, I go through resistance to change and how you can overcome resistance to change.
Data Informed Changed
In our information heavy world, how can you be certain of making the right choice. How can you be certain you are investing in the right change initiatives? Data. When data informs change decision making is quicker and the outcomes are more valuable. In this session, I explain the benefits of Data Informed Changed.
Change is all about Leadership
Most critical projects are non-linear. A good plan is not enough in this case. Technical competency alone cannot handle an endless can of worms. What is needed to deal with these thorny non-linear projects? Leadership. Are you a project manager? Your success will be determined by your ability to lead a project team. Are you a programme manager? Success will come from leading change practitioners? Are you a portfolio manager? You need to be a leader to change leaders. In this session, I use real life examples to explain the link between change and leadership.
Your perspective matters!
