I’m Nicole Van Valen, MS, LMFT, SHRM-SCP, CEO and Founder of Keane Insights® and author of The Joyful Leader®. Long before I was consulting executives in Fortune 500 boardrooms, I was performing under stadium lights as an NBA dancer and NFL cheerleader. Those years taught me how to perform under pressure, reset between high-stakes moments, and lead with energy and presence; skills I now bring to leaders and organizations worldwide. As a licensed therapist and senior HR professional, I’ve combined mental health expertise with executive leadership experience at CVS Health, Aetna, and SHRM. Today, I deliver keynotes, workshops, and executive coaching for healthcare, HR, and corporate leaders internationally.
