Transformational Speaker, Entrepremedian, Veteran
Hello there! I'm JaMarr John Johnson, hailing from the vibrant city of Austin, TX. As a founder, my journey has been shaped by an eclectic blend of experiences that extend from the disciplined life of a veteran to the dynamic worlds of entrepreneurship and comedy. I have dedicated my career to harnessing the power of laughter and connection, helping audiences break down barriers and build meaningful relationships. I am a Leadership, Sales, Marketing and Business Development speaker that leverages a dynamic, engaging and humorous performance style to super-charge learning! My role revolves around being a speaker and an 'Entrepremedian'—a term I coined that merges the hustle of an entrepreneur with the heart of a comedian. Through my unique approach, I aim to inspire people to super-connect, transform learning into an enjoyable experience, and foster a culture where deep connections are not only possible but encouraged. Whether I'm on stage or working one-on-one with clients, my goal is to create an atmosphere of growth, collaboration, and, most importantly, fun. The Birth of the Entrepremedian In 2009, destiny didn’t knock—it grabbed a mic and did a 6.5-hour set. The venue? A packed house where the legendary Dave Chappelle, fresh from his sabbatical in Africa, made his triumphant return to the stage. In the crowd, right in the center like a main character in a movie, sat JaMarr, unknowingly about to have a life-altering moment. Next to him, a woman he shared an undeniable connection with leaned in like a plot twist and whispered, "Give him your card." Most people would hesitate. Not JaMarr. He reached into his pocket, pulled out his business card, and extended it to Chappelle—a move that could have gone unnoticed in any other universe. But this was not any universe. Chappelle picked up the card, held it to the light like a rare artifact, and read it aloud for everyone to hear. The crowd erupted with laughter. “This,” Chappelle announced, “is the most hilarious business card I’ve ever seen.” But it didn’t stop there. Like a comedic prophet, he declared, “One day, this man is going to make a billion dollars.” At that moment, something inside JaMarr shifted. It wasn’t about the billion. It wasn’t about the card. It was about the connection. The power of being seen, being heard, and making others feel seen and heard in return. That’s when the idea of the “Entrepremedian” was born—not just an entrepreneur, but a hybrid of connector, creator, and comedian. JaMarr realized that the world didn’t need more “networking” (because, let’s be honest, most of it is just collecting business cards you never look at again). What the world needed was super-connecting—a human-to-human collision of energy, humor, and shared vision. Unlike networking, which relies on quantity, super-connecting is about quality. While others chase unicorns (companies worth a billion), JaMarr is chasing impact. His mission? To connect and inspire a billion people to build meaningful relationships in a world dominated by digital noise. He’s not here to play it safe or blend in with the status quo. No, JaMarr is the one who sees opportunity where others see obstacles, who walks into a room and leaves it brighter, louder, and more connected than it was before. That night on stage, Dave Chappelle didn’t just comment on a card. He sparked a movement. JaMarr became the Entrepremedian, a force of nature determined to blend humor with hustle, connection with currency, and impact with influence. And while he might not be chasing billions of dollars, you can bet he’s chasing billions of meaningful moments. Main Bio JaMarr John Johnson is a transformational comedian & speaker of 28 years. After a 14-year military career, JaMarr returned to his roots of speaking, go-giving service to the community through non-profit volunteering, fundraising and entrepreneurship. When he’s not speaking and training at corporate events, he can be found expanding his creative artificial intelligence consultancy, emceeing, auctioneering, performing Stand-Up comedy around the nation while primarily based in Austin, Texas. The future of education is digital so creating courses to reach the masses is at the forefront of his efforts.
