Bryan Lee, CPS (Certified Professional Speaker), is the Creator and CEO of 100% BULLY-PROOF, in addition to being a transformational specialist, certified personal trainer, business coach, actor, comedian and author. Bryan's passion for helping individuals and businesses stand up, speak out, and reclaim their authority, stems from tragedy he felt being bullied at school and at home by an alcoholic stepfather. Attempting to mask the pain of not fitting in with any crowd, Bryan quickly found solace through acting and humor. Refusing to settle for what others told him "life had to offer", Bryan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Communications from Ashland University in 1993. His technique and teaching style comes from experience. Having faced many of the same personal, financial and organizational challenges his audiences have endured, Bryan "gets it". He knows what looks good on paper versus what really works in the real world. Because he has been there, he speaks to the intangibles that finally connect the dots between theory and implementation. He uses elements from his personal journey from failure and embarrassment to becoming a successful entrepreneur to remind his audiences to aim high and reject excuses! After college graduation, against his parents' best judgement, Bryan entered the world of showbiz. First touring the country as Mr. Wizard in Mr. Wizard's Supermarket Science, then later performing in showrooms and comedy clubs all across the United States as a stand-up comedian. After appearing in a number of television shows and two motion pictures, Bryan yearned for something a little more meaningful. He transitioned out of show business to launch is own company whose mission is to inspire people and organizations to get off the sidelines and stand up, speak out and reclaim their authority! Bryan Lee uses personal stories to breathe life into every presentation. "I believe that stories, more than jokes, are the fabrics of our lives, and whether we get paid to tell them or not, we all feel a need to tell them, and to hear them!"

Nothing has been as important to Ada than making sure women and young girls just like her understand that they have an opportunity to be better than the circumstances that they came from. Ada is the Executive Director of Something About Sistahs, Inc. an organization that helps women to find their "WHY" through several programs including her most popular program Prisoners Heart, which helps to recognize, release and revive from generational curse damage. After 20 years of being in banking and the financial industry working her way up from the bottom to Vice President, Ada looked out the door of her office and decided there were more people on the outside who needed her to serve in a larger capacity through healing hearts from generational curses. Ada has been in the community working for over 10 years to serve and speak at different organizations, churches and events in any capacity but it was only part time. She wanted to make a change on a larger scale and started her nonprofit in 2014. While working she found that there is an increased use of medication and misdiagnoses of youth and young adults and their only illness is a lack of love and attention. What she found is that their parents couldn't provide what even they didn't have. How did she know? Ada was that girl, abused for years in her younger age, sexually, physically and mentally. Mother of 2 daughters by the age of 15, Ada attempted suicide while pregnant with her second child. It wasn't until she woke up and realized that she was still there that she begin to find her strength and begin to fight for her life. Ada tells the chilling story of being "That Girl" and what her breaking point was. She also is the published author of 3 books, founder of My Sistahs Closet and sits on the board of other nonprofit organizations that help to support women and their healing and growth.

My research focuses on how music and other aesthetic experiences influence human cognition and brain function. For example, the results of my research have suggested that music is an especially powerful tool for eliciting some of our strongest emotions and memories. I use a variety of techniques to explore how we experience music, poetry, and visual arts, including functional neuroimaging, psychophysiology, and neuropsychological studies of patient populations. In addition to my academic work, I also serve on the Executive Board of Graduate Women in Science (GWIS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering women in STEM fields. In this role, I lead several initiatives including a nation-wide mentoring program and GWIS social media accounts.

My name is Garrison Redd I was born June 22,1988 in the Brownsville/Crown heights section of Brooklyn. My parents were both two hard working municipal employees in which at an early age they instilled in me discipline and work ethic. One of the greatest life lessons they ever thought me was never to "quit". Growing up I excelled scholastically and athletically, I was placed in the gifted program at the age of 8 after scoring in the top 3 percentile in various standardized exams. I played various sports growing up such as boxing, basketball, baseball, and football. In football I was a standout running back from youth football up until High School, in which i received various awards and accolades. Going into my senior year at James Madison High School I was outside on an ordinary summer night where I was randomly shot in my back which burned the nerves surrounding the t12 section of my spine, which left me unable to walk. Instead of feeling sorry for myself or depressed, I decided to triumph through the face of adversity. Most people would've felt that there life was coming to an end however I felt like my life was just beginning. At 17 years old after this catastrophic injury had occurred to me I still wasn't phased because it made me different. It made me think about the bigger picture that maybe I was put here to inspire everyone from the youth to elderly. In which I am on a Journey to achieve. Fast forward to present time I hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance from York College. I am a motivational speaker, model, fashion designer, entrepreneur, and an advocate for equal rights.

I am finally old enough to look back and see how God designed my life. I am now old enough to have fun and not apologize. I am old enough to be free to tell it like it is, not what you want to hear. I have had a powerful relationship with God since my childhood. I met Him first as I gazed into His awesome creation. Then He took time to talk to when I was nine, and tell me, "I have something I want you to do." My answer was an immediate yes. As far back as I can remember, other people have always been important to me. Like most kids starting out in the workforce, I has several jobs in places like grocery stores, fast foods restaurants, and gas stations. However, there was one thing that tried to get in the way of my success. I did not go to high school. I missed grades 9-12. I discovered that there are no dead ends, but many detours, in life. Not having a high school education closes the door t o going to college, entering the Military, and getting a well paying job. With that said, I eventually got my GED. That changed everything. Because of that one event, I was able to enter the military, then go to college, and Seminary. I almost completer my Masters degree, but never set foot in a high school. After working in several better jobs in the Juvenile Justice system, I landed a career in the Criminal Justice System of Texas. My calling to help others was lived out as I was able to help many criminals change their lives. I was a Parole Officer for 21 years, and retired. The next day after I retired, I stepped into the classroom of a Texas middle school as a Substitute teacher. The stories that were written in my life all of those years, are awesome. God was there all the way. In the schools I developed a plan, or ministry, to "Tell A Story, and Change a Life." I told stories of my life, and others, that touched the lives of students, changing many of them forever. The wonderful thing is that God is now writing a new chapter in my life. The greatest of them all is being written after I reached the age of 70. God called me one more time. This time, He has charged me with a mission to reach the next generation of students. Along with that specific group, I am also called, now, to reach Teachers, and elderly peoples, like myself. God called me to public speaking. I will be reaching out to make a difference in the lives of students, and my peers, and Teachers. I figure that if I am excited about what my life had been about, maybe I can inspire, and motivate others to have that kind of excitement as well. "Love can help someone to achieve a victory, and be proud of himself when he might not be able to by himself." I don't want my life to end until I have sung my last song, and written my last chapter.
