I connect others to the Best Version of Themselves; People Just Like You, can "Be Your Own Hero!" After High School, I attended Frank Phillips College in Borger, Texas; spent 2 years studying (BCA) Business Computer Applications, Chemistry, Mathematics, & Linguistics, specializing in Business Administration. Then I went to PSU where I explored my talents in Radio, Theater, and Music while pursuing a Bachelors degree in Secondary English Education. At the end of my Sophomore year I was called away to travel to speak and train others. Entrepreneurship became intriguing while I worked closely with a Real Estate acquaintance in Hamilton, New Zealand, there I began learning the intricacies associated in turning consumer properties. Returning home, I went to work for several companies learning the finer points of sales and marketing, and Corporate Culture. I climbed the corporate ladder into upper management within my first 90 days at a large multi-family real estate corporation. I was awarded Runner-up Manager of the Year, 2nd Highest NOI within my first full fiscal year; Manager of the Year, Presidents Award, Executive Suites Excellency and several more awards as the Community Director for the Links at Bentonville and The Greens at Owasso I & II for Lindsey Management Co. in based out Fayetteville Arkansas. Through research and self education, I found a love for Neuroscience, Linguistics, & Hypnosis and now I travel as a KEYNOTE SPEAKER, CEO & Executive Communications Consultant, and have been contracted internationally for Mind Mastery & Professional and Personal Optimization through my Formula for Change which was created based upon Linguistics.

As a child, Nicole was ambitious, energetic and outgoing. She spent much of her childhood outdoors kicking soccer balls and exploring the outdoors with her two older brothers. Then at 8 years old, she was diagnosed with Osteogenic Sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer. Later that year she lost her right leg above-the-knee and continued aggressive chemo therapy treatment. As any individual touched by cancer, Nicole's life took a dramatic turn. Following the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic games, Nicole stepped onto a ski slope for the first time. The beauty, adrenaline and excitement of three-track skiing captivated her, but something was missing. Deemed "impossible" due to a lack of prosthetic knee technology, Nicole found her passion in snowboarding. In 2006 she became the first above-knee amputee, male or female, to compete in adaptive snowboarding. Her accomplishments spearheaded global demand for prosthetic knee technology and played a fundamental role in the introduction of snowboarding to the Paralympic roster. Nicole represented the United States in both the 2014 & 2018 Paralympic Winter Games. She is a 24x World Cup Medalist and consistently ranked as one of the best adaptive snowboarders in the world. Not only is Nicole an amazing athlete, but she is an accomplished motivational speaker and holds a degree in business management. Nicole is an advocate for The Challenged Athletes Foundation, The National Ability Center and childhood cancer research.

Through my company Sharp Shooters Global LLC, we provide individuals interested in entrepreneurship with resources and mentorship to help them take business ideas from their minds to the market. Darrel Frater: Mr. Frater is an ambitious young man with a strong desire to serve. He is a purebred entrepreneur and is passionate about startups. He has always had a passion for problem solving. From a young age he was heavily involved with his father's business located in Trenton, New Jersey. Through his father’s mentorship, Darrel was able to learn entrepreneurship first hand by helping him problem solve within his company. In college Darrel grew a strong passion for mentoring while obtaining his bachelor’s in business from The College of New Jersey. While at TCNJ, he started a Non-Profit Organization called the Urban Students Bridge to Success, of which he partnered with organizations such as The Bonner Foundation and The Boys and Girls Clubs of Mercer County. He and his team led 15 college mentors to equip urban youth with the tools and resources they needed to succeed in school. They ran 2 wildly successful mentoring programs with over 150 active high school students. Many of these students have gone off to attend prestigious universities such as Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, University of Richmond, Dickinson College, and The College of New Jersey. A year after graduating he moved from Ewing for work and was no longer able to participate with his Non-Profit. After two years of climbing the corporate ladder, Darrel felt unfulfilled and developed a strong urge to continue serving others. His passions for problem solving, mentoring, and entrepreneurship led him to officially begin his entrepreneurial journey with the departure from his job in June of 2018. Darrel has made a lifelong commitment to playing a major role in the effort to close the racial wealth gap here in America. He believes that entrepreneurship is the key to fix all problems that exist in the world and he wants to be on the front line of preparing the next generation of leaders to fix them. Darrel challenges all entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs to consider how they can include a positive social impact within their business. He is confident that a shift toward social entrepreneurship will make this world a better place for every member of humanity. He is an MBA student at The College of New Jersey specializing in Strategy, Innovation, & Leadership.

My dream was to come to the best nation in the world and make an impact in the lives of others. My impact was small at first as an instructor for 25 years, but that was not enough. I felt that I had a message that needed communication and that in fact could improve the way that people view themselves and their world when they are down on their luck. I had been able to switch fields in the U.S. and have global reach to students and along the way I learned a lot of different lessons that now I would like to help entrepreneurs, people starting their studies, and women that feel they are stuck and dont see the light at the end of the tunnel. My message is one of hope and new things to come in their lives. I am good at finding possibilities in other's peoples lives that helps them propel forward to be the best for themselves that they can be.
