Most people call me "Doc," and I am a storyteller. I have a passion and a gift for sharing stories that lift the spirit. As a child, I wondered what talent or skill did I have. I saw how some of my classmates were intelligent, and others could dance, sing, or play an instrument much better than I could, but my classmates would say Anthony never shuts up. I discovered I enjoyed telling stories and public speaking. As a teacher and a reading lover, I taught students literacy. I have enough books at home to fill a library. A storyteller must also be an avid reader to be able to tell stories. I am blessed with the ability to create my own stories in auditory or written form. I have shared my stories on dozens of retreat weekends for men, home church, Bible study groups, and prayer meetings for over 40 years. The research and writing for two doctorate degrees, one in Education and the other in Theology, have increased the scope of themes and blended them with others to create exciting stories that help people with their life themes and the struggles of living. Life can be messy at times, with a variety of losses, including the loss of a child or a loved one. We are either living God's plan or not. We are using His gifts or not. Real education is not necessarily a product of education taught in elementary and university schools but by working with the Holy Spirit. I write fiction and non-fiction using the Holy Spirit's insights. A lesson I learned 53 years ago from Psalm 46:10: "Be still and know that I Am God." Authors may forget that the most incredible author is God, and the average person fails to read His Book from cover to cover as one long story. Dr. Raimondo also shares stories of dealing with grief to lift the spirit to carry on.

Workplace Neuroinclusion & Mental Health Specialist Senior engagement and communications strategist, vintage dance specialist, published author and award-winning speaker, Kristin Light has split her multi-decade eclectic career between the boardroom and the ballroom. As an Autistic ADHD-er with a long history of severe mental illness, Kristin is channeling her extensive lived experience to drive change from within Canada's corporate world, where she recently executed a federal grant (received through the Canadian Association for Supported Employment's Innovation Lab program) to build a neuroinclusion and suicide prevention program for Canada's rail construction industry. Kristin is a proud Board Member with DiverseMinds, an organization dedicated to supporting neurodivergent women and girls; and co-Chair of the ONxpress Mental Health Committee. She is certified in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills), a trained Mental Health First Aider, and an engaging and innovative facilitator of the LEGO Serious Play methodology. Co-founder of Refvik & Light Productions, her boldly simplistic marketing strategy launched the event company from literal rubble to multi-six-figure revenue in its first full year. Having planned hundreds of events within her company's four local venues, she now references this valuable experience to coach meeting and conference planners on incorporating neuroinclusive elements to their future events. Kristin’s performing arts career spanned over two decades on both stage and screen. Her choreography skills have been featured in dozens of musical theatre productions, dance showcases, live events, and in more than a few first-dances at weddings. She was co-owner of Toronto’s Bees’ Knees Dance studio, a founding member of the award-winning dance troupe That Swing!, and in constant demand as a jazz-age vintage dance instructor. Kristin made her film debut in Mariah Carey’s 'Glitter' (blink and you’ll miss it!). As a vivacious showgirl and successful entrepreneur, Kristin was perhaps the last person you’d expect to be living with diagnosed mental disorders and multiple neurodivergent challenges. But following a brush with suicide that left her confined to a psychiatric ward, Kristin now speaks out to provide real insight and practical strategies that demystify the facts surrounding mental illness and neurodivergence using inspirational (and often hilarious) stories from her own personal and professional life.

After spending decades on the front lines of real teamwork and the highest levels of team and personal accountability as an F-15 and F-22 fighter pilot, Weapons School Instructor and Squadron Commander, Cujo concluded that every team can become what he personally experienced and lived in front-line fighter squadrons. Cujo’s firm belief was that business teams just need to be shown the way. Cujo spent years perfecting how to teach that way in a manner appropriate to international business teams. Cujo is now on a mission, one that’s especially critical in the present day: he’s actively helping organizations build teams that win in disruption. A huge part of that mission involves helping leaders drive buy-in and performance amid what’s known as “The Great Resignation”. Another huge part of that mission involves teaching teams how to build trust and achieve performance while the plan falls apart, when the odds begin to be stacked against the team. The most important part of that mission involves helping leaders and teams harness the upside of positive, forward-focused accountability to become the very best they can be. And this is the game-changing moment that delivers the most value—leaders and teams have never been taught how to properly practice team accountability in a way that drives buy-in, performance and trust, even on the heels of a failure…until now. In support of his mission, Cujo has authored and co-authored two #1 bestselling books. He’s built an outstanding team of highly motivated former fighter pilots that has together delivered hundreds of workshops and keynotes, helping businesses of all sizes embrace real teamwork by practicing meaningful, effective, forward-focused accountability. Today Cujo is focused exclusively on teaching what he’s lived to the businesses that need it most: essentially ANY business that uses teams to advance their own missions.
