But life wasn’t always like this….. Just over 16 years ago, Ibrahim found himself homeless on the streets of Cambridge, a circumstance that went on for years. One day, he simply made a decision that this was not going to be his life anymore and began a journey he is convinced he will be on till the day he takes his last breath. Under 2 years after that decision, he made it to University. Ibrahim began his entrepreneurial journey with his brokerage business at the age of 29 and had lost everything by the age of 30. This hurt him deeply, he felt embarrassed and ashamed but he had learned lessons that at the time he didn’t realise but have since been a blessing. Ibrahim decided that going back into employment would be the best way to build himself back up, so he applied and ended up at the largest property investment firm in the city of London. Very quickly, Ibrahim settled into this new role and went on to help his clients invest millions of pounds into building their property portfolio and businesses. But reality hit when one day, Ibrahim’s mum was rushed into hospital and into a Coma, needing to take some time off to look after the family at large, his company was not so accommodating and expressed how his clients needed him. This was the final push that Ibrahim needed. Armed with the vow of never working for anyone again and the confidence of past experiences and results, Ibrahim firstly sought mentorship and then setup his very own property investment company, and in just over a year was able to build a 6 figure business and never having to worry about working for someone else ever again. Ibrahim now travels up and down the UK speaking on topics such as motivation, mindset, business, entrepreneurship, and property investing. He has now made it his life’s mission to share his unique skill set with others, which will allow them to go on and create massive success in their lives without having to go through the pains that he has.

Heather McDaniel is a facilitator, strategist, and writer specializing in regenerative leadership, trust architecture, and the inner work of navigating systemic transition. With over twenty years of experience in strategic communication, she helps leaders and mission-driven organizations move beyond extractive professional cultures toward ecosystems rooted in clarity, integrity, and human connection. Rather than offering "business as usual" fixes, Heather’s work focuses on the Architecture of Trust. This refers to the invisible structures and rituals that allow teams to self-organize and thrive under pressure. She helps audiences move from the performance of communication to the reality of Regenerative Integrity, using her REBEL framework to shift teams from fragmentation to wholeness. As a Christian LGBTQ+ adventurer and the voice behind Letters from the Joyful Rebellion, Heather brings a grounded, spiritually informed perspective to leadership and organizational life. Her talks invite audiences to rethink how we work, learn, and lead. She moves groups away from urgency or fear and toward coherence, creativity, and regenerative practice. Whether she is addressing leadership teams navigating collapse or creators seeking to restore their sense of wonder, Heather’s message is clear: Leadership isn't a marketing campaign; it’s an ecosystem. She provides the tools to build cultures that don't just survive change, but are sustained by it.

Since I was a young girl I loved Business. I knew in my heart that one day I would have my own. My Mother and Father worked very hard. My Grandmother did as well. I analyzed their hard work and it was hard to believe that as much as they worked it really didn't put a dent in much. I didn't know what poor was but I knew that we didn't have a lot. My parents divorced and life got very real. We moved from house to house, sometimes with family and small apartments. Once I had my first child I knew that I had to do better in order to have better. It was a rough road but by the grace of God I made it through college to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,Small Business Management, and Entrepreneurship. After so many down moments, my why took off. Securing a future for my children to no longer have to live in poverty was my drive. Through God's guidance, grace and mercy I won my first contract with the City of Philadelphia. It was an amazing contract that helped to employ many people in the community and earn over $1 million in 5 years. I didn't stop, I bought into a Commercial Cleaning Franchise and then another one. I also opened an Art Shop on Germantown and Venango Streets where artist could create and sell their work. After several years my children started to come into my office and see the work that was going on. My final business was the Urban Community Resource Center, a non-profit organization. We help community members with employments, housing, food, clothing and so much more. It was truly exciting to be part of something so magical. Our offices helped change the lives of over 300 community members in the Fairhill neighborhood. As I felt myself being spread too thin I decided to go back to college. This time it was for a career I had always wanted to do but put off to be an Entrepreneur. I was on my way to Temple University where I completed my first Master's Degree in Education and also earn my PA Teacher Certification in Business Education. I will always be in Business! I caught the bug for the love of Education and earned my second Master's Degree in Education for Curriculum and Instruction. Now almost 10 years later I have been teaching it to students at the high school level. and I love it. My experience catapulted me to into being a leader in education where I spearheaded several educational programs. I became an Adult Education Instructor with the Center for Literacy. After teaching adults I turned to teaching the subject I love to others in education. Currently, I am an Instructional Coach to teachers. Listening to their request for help, providing professional development and building capacity within others is truly inspiring. I am excited and full of joy to share my story, resources and life with others!
