My name is Joshua Baron. I’m a practicing criminal defense lawyer and I love helping lawyers turn their reluctant clients into passionate fans. I left a job as a city prosecutor to start my firm, Sharifi & Baron, in 2009. I didn’t have any clients. I didn’t know how to get clients. But I crossed my fingers and went to work. Nine years later, my practice was busy, but all of my clients were angry with me and I was convinced that it was their fault, not mine. Then I started looking for ways to delight my clients. We went from 50 5-star Google Reviews to almost 150. Our clients started referring their friends. Other attorneys gained confidence in us and sent us more referrals. My practice is now much calmer. I enjoy it more. My team and my clients are delighted. And I make more money. I love helping lawyers bring sanity to their practices. It isn’t a magical formula. Anyone can have a practice with clients who are passionate fans.

With 20 years of service experience in various industries, ive gained valuable insight as to what transforms a employee into an ambassador for their company. And it doesnt start when they clock in! it starts when they wake up! I discovered that living a full and meaningful life translates to exceptional customer experiences. I learned this in my constant pursuit of money, positions and possessions neglecting what the true reason behind underperformance, unproductivity and lack of drive was. Developing an easy to use process combined with a engaging experience I help ambassadors reconnect, using most services already available by employers to boost overall productivity.
