I am a former HR professional and forever student of Anthropology. Having spent some time in the field of HR I realized that buzz words like "culture", "diversity", and "fit" are being misused and misinterpreted. Using my knowledge of culture from an anthropological perspective, I help executives, teams and HR professionals build a truly diverse workplace while facilitating the cultural (both ethnic and corporate) differences at play within a workplace community. Are you unsure how to build a horizontal organizational structure? Do you notice new hires struggling to fit in with the office culture? Are you partnered with offices or clients belonging to different ethnic cultures? These are age-old dilemmas that tribes and communities have faced since the beginning of human evolution. Just as they were able to find solutions, I can work with you to do the same.
