If you answered yes to any of the questions (...don’t worry, most brands do) I can help. What’s The Unicorn Principle? It’s the part that makes customers, media and influencers give a damn about your company. It’s why you instead of another brand.. It’s the heart of your social media, marketing, influencer and digital campaigns. My clients leverage the The Unicorn Principle in 5 ways... ▶ I help them generate consistent brand mentions among key customer audiences ▶ I help them find, vet and create compelling brand influencer relationships. ▶ I help organize their internal and consulting team members to be on the same page and powerfully working together to create a “Hell yes!” audience response to the product. ▶ I help them create badass content marketing. ▶ I build websites that engage and impress customers. When I was a kid my parents fought everyday. My Dad was unemployed and beat us regularly. This was a blessing, because I learned to fight back and stand up for my beliefs. When I turned 18 my parents kicked me out of the house. This was a blessing because I learned to be independent. Because I had to work three jobs to make ends meet, I started failing school. This was a blessing because I learned how to study and focus. I also I learned to manage my time and finances. I graduated with a Computer Science degree, and worked many years as a Cyber security engineer. Although I loved my job, I felt that something was missing. I was introduced to fine art photography and found a sense of completeness. I learned that art could help me experience a sense of magic and wellness. Because of that, I now want to share that same feeling and energy with the world through art photography. Since then I've been an art writer for international fine art magazine 'Beautiful Bizarre'. I've exhibited at the Beverly Hills Art Show. Finally, I've been teaching Fine Art Photography, Design and Photos at the Los Angeles Center of Photography.

I help organizations understand trust, a word we think we understand but we mostly haven't explored. My journey to trust began 25 years ago, when I realized I didn't like the word "consumer." Back then, during the Dot-Com era, I wrote Esther Dyson's influential tech newsletter, Release 1.0. Since then, I've advised and consulted to organizations large and small, from IBM, Target and the Wharton School to Blogger (now part of Google) and Suncorp. I also have the world's largest curated mind map, browsable for free at JerrysBrain.com.

I studied at the University of the West Indies for four years where I not only obtained a Bachelor's of Science in International Relations Spanish and Economics, but also garnered life experiences and knowledge that have been the impetus for my advancement and key to my ingenuity. I believe all things are connected and with a little time/research and patience all your efforts and preparation will meet opportunity. I have taken these ideas as my mantra and consequently I have been able to tap into the research market. I have been very ambitious since an early age and as such I started working in Customer Service since I was seventeen. I started my professional career at National Asset Recovery Services working as a Customer service representative during the summer. The following summer I decided I wanted a different experience, one that would have me crash into a professional career not a job. So I applied to Air Jamaica Reservations where I worked every other summer and upon request until I graduated. After graduation I returned home as I was offered a permanent full-time job with Air Jamaica and for the next year and approximately eight months I was employed permanently. I was then laid off and the incredulous journey of research began. I was offered a contract position at UWI in the office of the Campus Principal. I served my time as the Research Assistant to the Planning Officer. After my contract ended I stayed in Kingston and utilized all my professional, customer service training skills to freelance in research. I landed a contractual position with Etude Economic assisting their Country manager in liaising with managers of Small Medium and Large companies to secure interviews to be conducted. After each round of interviews I prepared daily reports. After that project ended I worked on a project with a colleague in Trinidad collecting data for Market Research and doing data entry. I then worked with Asisa,I was a research assistant for a focus group in Jamaica.
