Dealing with an abusive marriage, crippling anxiety, PTSD, and depression, she then overdosed on 32 prescription sleeping pills in an attempt to take her life and spent nine days in the hospital. Given a second chance at life, Kathy left her abusive marriage and was determined to make something of it. She went on to get an MBA, graduating with a 3.92 GPA, Alpha Beta Kappa, and is a former Seminarian. She's been a coach for 7 1/2 years, and volunteers extensively in her community. One of her greatest passions is her ministry helping women from the Democratic Republic of the Congo in business so that they may establish safe, happy, and healthy lives in the United States.
