Christian Höferle (alt. spelling: Hoeferle) is a cultural business consultant with extensive experience in working with multinational companies. German by birth, American by choice, and Bavarian at heart, Christian is a fan of building bridges and not enthusiastic about walls. With his team at The Culture Mastery he helps people close the gap between cultures so they can work together more efficiently. He is also known as The Culture Guy and hosts a podcast of the same title. Christian's mission is to lead people to a better understanding of cultures, so they can work at their peak and in peace with each other. His goal is to create peace by helping people from different cultures understand each other better. When companies work internationally and expand outside of their home markets, their employees need to be effective in collaborating with people from cultures which are foreign to them. They need to be able to sell and market to customers with unfamiliar consumption preferences. Beyond the language barriers global professionals are confronted with different behaviors and ways of doing business. Failing to communicate, manage, inspire, and lead across cultural differences is a huge risk for these companies, and the lack of cultural competence becomes a bottom-line relevant issue. Christian has been working on various levels of cultural consulting, mentoring, coaching, and training. He has been working with global companies including Wacker Chemie, Johnson & Johnson, Recaro Aircraft Seating, ZF, Plastic Omnium, Evonik, Pepperl + Fuchs, Pöppelmann, Alcoa, Siemens, Volkswagen, and Bridgestone. Prior to moving to the U.S., Christian worked for international companies like Entertainment Media, Bertelsmann and Viacom where he served in several leadership positions.

My experience ranges from non-profit program management to leadership positions in corporate communications, organizational development, and recruiting for marketing, sales and technical seller-doers. In all of these roles, especially in my current role as CEO of Atomic Revenue, superior communication and project management skills have been the underlying foundation for professional success. In 2009, I launched TJKworks to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals using these same principles. As a consultant and coach, I help clients achieve their next milestone by providing: - executive bandwidth and corporate communications leadership, - executive thought leadership positioning, - fully staffed Marketing Operations teams as a subscription service. In 2014, I acquired majority interest in a sales operations firm as the missing link in her clients' revenue generating success. As CEO, I led Atomic Revenue through a rebranding and innovation process to define the business discipline of Revenue Operations. The TJKworks model of marketing operations has become fully integrated with Sales Operations expertise of Algorythmics which allows for the third and final pilar of revenue operations, Customer Success. By uniting three emerging operational disciplines, Atomic Revenue addresses the people, process, and data requirements of revenue generation. Today, Atomic Revenue continues to define the discipline of Revenue Operations with programs, services, and expertise dedicated to the profitable growth of privately held small to mid-size businesses. As Executive Partners and Revenue Operations Practitioners, the Atomic Revenue team fill gaps and expands bandwidth to meet the unique growth challenges of the SMB market. Being discipline specific and industry agnostic allows me to employ my passion for the cross-industry-pollination of business best practices. Healthcare like software and professional services like manufacturing--under the hood, its the same business engine.

After 7 years working for BBC as a Radio Presenter, Producer, Reporter and TV Broadcaster I have lots of stories and anecdotes. For the past 5 plus years I have transitioned from working in the media industry to working as a PR and media communications specialist to use my skills in a different way. I have worked with brands, clients, organisations, businesses and agencies to handle media enquiries, organise events and share stories of success. I have observed best practice that I can actively share and also observed how emerging technologies and media platforms revolutionise the way we work and share stories with audiences. Social media and Live Streaming have been one of the biggest game changers bringing immediacy and making interaction instant to receive comments and contact Journalists and figure heads easily. For more than 6 years I have worked with clients to help them promote their businesses and projects. From creating social media content, promotional videos, podcasts, email marketing and more – there are so many options but there’s one thing we mustn’t forget…. the importance of telling stories. “Out of clutter find simplicity; From discord find harmony; In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.” Albert Einstein Architect, Explorer, Curator, Connector: As an architect I love the unique challenges every project offers. One day I'm an anthropologist studying behaviors, the next a process designer optimizing a space to its unique requirements. Questioning assumptions and learning our client's language of meaning, and using a good dose of psychology to navigate the process. I've discovered that they can be very useful beyond any particular project, including every aspect of my business, and family life. I was born in Germany to Polish parents, and spent the first 24 years of my life soaking up European life with a huge family in both countries, traveling, studying, and working. I'm the one out of four kids that inherited the migration gene, so I've been living in the US, Arizona and Montana, for the last fifteen years. In addition to learning new perspectives from my clients, I've gathered a few of my own insights into different cultures, habits, and lifestyles. I've served on European, local, state and national committees, boards, and advisory groups within and outside of my profession, and it seems that these architectural skills that combine facilitation, ideation, problem solving, pruning, and visualization can help organizations thrive. In my personal life my focus is to become a better wife. I occasionally teach Yoga, and serve as a volunteer ski patroller during our beautiful Montana winters. I'm looking forward to meet you!
