I am a Serial Entrepreneur, engineering and structuring select business ventures from beginning to success. I am a life changer and a history maker. "It PAY$ TO KNOW ME!!" MY MISSION STATEMENT: To serve as a leader, live a life of relevancy and purpose while making a extreme difference in our community. MY VISION STATEMENT: My responsibility is to continually improve all aspects of the community in which we live. Create a social and economic legacy for my heirs. Live an incredible life style through faith, family, friends, finance and fun. WHO AM I: Najah Janeen Roberts born, “Janeen Franklin” was raised in South Central Los Angeles, California. As a child she developed an appreciation for hard work because that is what she saw her parents and grandparents doing on a daily basis, but Najah knew there had to be a smarter way than leaving home when the sun came up, and returning home when the sun went down in order to provide for the family. It was also during those early years that she became intrigued by the luxurious lifestyles and cars driven by people that she saw on television during her grandmother obsession with the popular soap opera “One Life To Live”. Her curiosity lead her to inquire about exactly what it would take for her to live a luxurious lifestyle. Her eyes would remain wide open in search for the answers. She graduated from Washington Prep High School in Los Angeles California, and studied Criminal Justice Administration@ Bethune-Cookman College. Later she received her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Rochville University. As a single parent of 2 she worked for the State of California realizing quickly that a J.O.B (Just Over Broke) was keeping her and her children one step from homelessness. She knew that living pay check to pay check would never get her the lifestyle she wanted for herself and her children. Najah decided to change her destiny and took a leave of absence to start her own business. She was a successful businesswoman meeting challenges and adversity at every turn due to some business decisions. Through it all she never gave up, and never gave in. It is at this time her birth name Janeen was changed to her middle name and she petitioned the court to become “Najah” which means SUCCESSFUL. Adversity seemed to give her motivation and fuel to be the best she could be. Her slogan “When life throws bricks at you, use them to build a strong foundation for your mansion”.

I’m an entrepreneur, founder, and digital builder based in Dubai, with over a decade of hands-on experience creating, scaling, and fixing businesses across tech, digital products, and services. I started my journey by building a digital agency from scratch, which has since delivered hundreds of web platforms, mobile apps, and digital solutions for startups, SMEs, and large enterprises across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Europe. Along the way, I’ve co-founded and advised multiple ventures, launched my own products, and worked closely with founders, investors, and executive teams navigating growth, failure, pivots, and scale. What sets my experience apart is that it’s not theoretical. I’ve been in the trenches: hiring teams, raising budgets, negotiating partnerships, dealing with setbacks, restructuring projects, and turning ideas into real, revenue-generating businesses. I speak about entrepreneurship as it truly is: practical, sometimes uncomfortable, often chaotic, but incredibly rewarding when done right. My talks and podcast appearances focus on real stories, real lessons, and real strategies that audiences can apply immediately.
