Through my company Sharp Shooters Global LLC, we provide individuals interested in entrepreneurship with resources and mentorship to help them take business ideas from their minds to the market. Darrel Frater: Mr. Frater is an ambitious young man with a strong desire to serve. He is a purebred entrepreneur and is passionate about startups. He has always had a passion for problem solving. From a young age he was heavily involved with his father's business located in Trenton, New Jersey. Through his father’s mentorship, Darrel was able to learn entrepreneurship first hand by helping him problem solve within his company. In college Darrel grew a strong passion for mentoring while obtaining his bachelor’s in business from The College of New Jersey. While at TCNJ, he started a Non-Profit Organization called the Urban Students Bridge to Success, of which he partnered with organizations such as The Bonner Foundation and The Boys and Girls Clubs of Mercer County. He and his team led 15 college mentors to equip urban youth with the tools and resources they needed to succeed in school. They ran 2 wildly successful mentoring programs with over 150 active high school students. Many of these students have gone off to attend prestigious universities such as Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, University of Richmond, Dickinson College, and The College of New Jersey. A year after graduating he moved from Ewing for work and was no longer able to participate with his Non-Profit. After two years of climbing the corporate ladder, Darrel felt unfulfilled and developed a strong urge to continue serving others. His passions for problem solving, mentoring, and entrepreneurship led him to officially begin his entrepreneurial journey with the departure from his job in June of 2018. Darrel has made a lifelong commitment to playing a major role in the effort to close the racial wealth gap here in America. He believes that entrepreneurship is the key to fix all problems that exist in the world and he wants to be on the front line of preparing the next generation of leaders to fix them. Darrel challenges all entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs to consider how they can include a positive social impact within their business. He is confident that a shift toward social entrepreneurship will make this world a better place for every member of humanity. He is an MBA student at The College of New Jersey specializing in Strategy, Innovation, & Leadership.

My dream was to come to the best nation in the world and make an impact in the lives of others. My impact was small at first as an instructor for 25 years, but that was not enough. I felt that I had a message that needed communication and that in fact could improve the way that people view themselves and their world when they are down on their luck. I had been able to switch fields in the U.S. and have global reach to students and along the way I learned a lot of different lessons that now I would like to help entrepreneurs, people starting their studies, and women that feel they are stuck and dont see the light at the end of the tunnel. My message is one of hope and new things to come in their lives. I am good at finding possibilities in other's peoples lives that helps them propel forward to be the best for themselves that they can be.

Upon graduating from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Katie worked for LaForce + Stevens, a prominent PR agency in New York City. Originally a side-business, Katie launched Three Jane, a personalized accessory brand, and the Map Necklace out of her downtown apartment. The Map Necklace was (and still is) a piece of customized jewelry, commemorating life's most important moments and places. After working with Allison Williams, Anna Kendrick, Jennifer Lawrence, Olivia Wilde, amongst others and being featured in the window of Henri Bendel on 5th Avenue, Katie was offered a licensing deal with A.JAFFE, a well-respected bridal brand. Working for her licensee for a year and growing sales by almost 5000%, she began consulting for Brenne Whisky, a French single malt produced and bottled out of Cognac, France, seeing the company through acquisition a little over a year later. Then, in November 2017, Katie's world was flipped upside down when she was diagnosed with a large, 3" brain tumor. Growing up with and overcompensating for a wide array of learning disabilities, from ADHD to dyslexia, and mental illnesses, from anxiety to depression, Katie came to find that she never had it—any of it. Her story is simply "inspiring" and "unforgettable". Holly is a mother of seven amazing children. She has been married to her handsome hubby for 21 years and looks forward to spending eternity with the love of her life. She is also the oldest of her parent's nine children. She has 7 sisters and 1 brother. In August 2013, Holly was crushed by a horse after he slipped and fell on her, twice, crushing her entire chest. Holly spent the next 13 days on life support fighting for her life. Two months after the fire, Holly became deathly ill and she was diagnosed with an incurable bone infection. Holly feels like she was given these experiences so she can share what she's learned with others. She hopes by sharing her story with others she'll give hope to those who are searching for peace and joy when this ride we call life gets rough. Holly knows first hand how hard and painful it can be when life bucks you off. However, she has learned how to find the rainbow in the storms of life. Holly says, "If I can do it, anyone can do it. And first things first...you gotta look for the rainbow to be able to see it. Be positive, don't give up, and believe." Hollyportersride.com
