Inclusion not Exclusion: Addiction looks a lot like you and me
Reducing the stigma of addiction in the workplace begins with training from the ground up. I speak to empowering your company to include training, resource groups, and recovery programs so that people in recovery can flourish not flounder. I speak from experience as I share my story as a recovering alcoholic in the pharmaceutical industry and how I decided to be the voice for recovering addicts in the workforce.
Your perspective matters!
