Shruti Trivedi

Despite growing awareness, mental health remains a silent struggle for many - especially among high-achieving professionals, immigrants, and caregivers who are conditioned to “keep it all together.” In this honest and empowering talk, Shruti sheds light on the hidden toll of stress, internalized pressure, and perfectionism. She shares her own journey with mental health, including what it took to finally seek support, and how that choice transformed her life and career. Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of emotional hygiene, signs of burnout, and simple yet powerful ways to normalize mental health conversations - in the workplace, at home, and within themselves.

Parenting today is loaded with expectations, comparison, and conflicting advice - leaving many parents feeling inadequate or overwhelmed. In this deeply relatable talk, Shruti opens up about her experiences raising three children while juggling career transitions, identity shifts, and mom guilt. She explores how redefining what it means to be a “good parent” can lead to deeper connection and healthier relationships - with our children and ourselves. Through stories and reflection, Shruti invites parents to let go of the pressure to be perfect and instead focus on being present, emotionally attuned, and self-compassionate. This session is both validating and refreshing for parents at any stage.
