Positive Path to Change
It has been stated that people do not like change, but this, in fact, is completely false. People regularly choose change – getting married, having a child, changing careers – change is natural and many times welcome part of our lives. Forced change, on the other hand, can leave us feeling defeated, even hostile. There is a methodology that will enable companies to implement change while maintaining employee satisfaction and engagement. Research has shown that active listening and connecting on an emotional level is key to successful change implementation – and Holistic Appreciative Inquiry can provide just that. Strength-based change methodologies are making a resurgence. Holistic Appreciative Inquiry engages the whole being, emotions, intellect, psychological, spiritual as well as physical aspects of each person. Experience first-hand how Holistic Appreciative Inquiry can inspire and motivate.
