About
I don’t deliver theory-heavy talks that sound good but change nothing. My sessions are practical, fun, interactive and easy to apply straight away. I speak in clear, simple language, adapt to the room, and give people tools they can actually use the next day.
Customer Service and Social Distancing
In the past 2 years, social distancing undoubtedly impacted many companies eliminating the factor of close human interactions. Especially for customer-centric businesses, this has led to a change in the customer’s needs and a change in customer service altogether. Adapting to a new environment isn’t a choice, it’s essential to make customers feel secure, whilst providing them with excellent service. In this workshop, you can learn how to overcome the challenges of social distancing when serving customers, create trust and understanding through rapport building, and efficiently handle different types of customers.
