Mindful Leadership: The Future Demands It
The world of the future is artificial intelligence, smart, connected devices—and many things that will feel like science fiction meets reality. Many leaders are not prepared for these changes that technology will place into their work and home environments. Leaders should be aware that one of their biggest assets in the next century will be training their mind—to serve their teams and their clients. As everything in the world changes rapidly around them, the one skill that will become more critical than ever and within one’s own control is self- awareness, being present and the ability to monitor and regulate one’s own emotions. Join this session to learn how leaders can intentionally shift their attention to stay focused on what is most important to them.
