Learn how seemingly intractable conflicts can be reconfigured with the guidance from a family mediator skilled in techniques which deepen conversations. The methods I use help create a learning environment where uncomfortable truths can be felt, expressed and released. This presentation is for you if: You and your spouse do not want to separate and are actively looking for ways to stay together; Your family has experienced a protracted estrangement with a member and you want to explore ways to end the impasse that caused the separation, or, You are a parent or teen who is experiencing the relational strains which come from a need for independence, or maintaining safe limits. My approach to guided self-inquiry will help you learn what you need to do it on your own… paving the way for you to build your own unique resilience. The goal of this is to become better at balancing your need to get your needs met with your equally important need for love and connection.
