About
Audiences are saying "I loved the speaker this year!" and "I took a ton of notes."
Soul Nutrition
Taking a modern approach to the apostle Paul's analogy of exercise for the body vs the soul, Reina details examples of how audiences can nourish their souls. Using scripture and stories, sprinkled with physical comedy, Reina keeps audiences saying "I loved the speaker this year and I took a ton of notes."
Stress Management/ Emotional Regulation
Reina teaches how to quickly regulate the nervous system and be present in a given situation. Using strategies such as her one minute meditations, Reina teaches how strategically teach the body and brain to enter a parasympathetic state for maximum presence, cognitive function, and relational wellbeing.
Love Your Enemies
Diving into the Matthew 5 passage to love ones enemies, Reina drives the point into the hearts of the listeners with real life stories of how she learned to love terrorists to loving family members after hurt.
